Bought a car from here a year ago and had excellent service since. Great car at good price, and the sales team with really helpful with anything that cropped up. We bought a package at the time that gave 2 MOTs and 2 services at much less cost of buying them separately. They contact you to remind you they’re coming up, great range of appointment slots, they keep in great contact, and they return the car washed and cleaned out. All staff I’ve ever dealt with have been absolutely lovely. I would definitely return here when looking for another new car.

Recently dropped the car off for a recall and was concerned as I've had issues with Arnold Clark dealerships before. Customer service very good and Martin the technician who stripped my engine to replace the valve springs was exemplary. He also replaced the clutch and spark plugs for the price of the parts while the engine was out of the car. Engine responds like new, but I need to get used to the new bite point of the clutch!

I turned up about 6pm expecting a quick look around inside the showroom. From start to finish Robyn and Ben were friendly and relaxed making for an easy and enjoyable experience. Not something I usually associate with changing car. Robyn went and got me a demonstrator of the car I looked so I could have a good look around it. When I had questions she answered those she could then got one of the sales reps Ben to answer the rest. Both of them had other customers but managed to keep all the plates spinning, going between us and keeping us in the loop. Couldn’t believe the offer of a test drive at that time of night but if they can fit you in they will. So much so that, after weeks of visiting showrooms and dithering over various cars, I walked out tonight having signed up for a new one. One happy customer. 😊

Had my Toyota Hilux in for a service and a few bits of general work... was happy with the mechanical work carried out - Driving perfect. I was booked in for service by Lindsey and she kept me updated throughout the whole process from start to finish and she reassured me regarding a few other bits that needed fixed which got me a little worried... but once she talked me through what was needing done and the problems that could come about later on if i ignored the minor problems which could lead to major problems later on. I was happy to go ahead with the extra bits of work on top of my service. It was great to deal with a service advisor who knew what they were talking about with a good mechanical knowledge.... iv been to a few other branches in the past and not been overly impressed with staff or service. A very good experience. As i was purchasing a new car. The Toyota dealership' which is located in the Arnold Clark complex of the Queensway Road. The salesman in particular a Billy Cochrane a senior gentleman with a vast knowledge and a fine story teller which i like was top drawer and very helpfull abd sealed the Deal resulting in a new CHR Hybrid.as i said i was there for a particular car and liked what i saw at this point. Repeat customer here for car sales and use their service department for annual servicing. I've bought parts/accessories from here too. Happy with the deals received on car purchases as sales staff have been able to get deals turned around quickly and without fault. It felt like we got a deal that really suited our budget and needs in terms of car spec. Our servicing has been carried out via Kia service plans which represented outstanding value for money. Car has been returned gleaming each time after a full wash and valet. Service staff have been friendly and helpful. Parts/accessories we've purchased have been good value for money; we got Kia mats that were cheaper than we could find elsewhere. It's the only dealer garage in Cumbernauld so they have the monopoly on new car sales in the area.

After a negative experience with a salesman at my local Arnold Clark in Edinburgh I was put off by the dealership as a whole. Soon after I found the car I wanted in East Kilbride. Staff at this branch tried to help my daughter , after Crow Road branch failed miserably to transfer her car care plan over too her new car, then to blame another branch and head office only for us to find out that they had not sent relevant email to head office and still not done so. I feel that Arnold Clark need to really tighten up procedures. Crow Road would get 1star rating at most but Toyota EK 5star.
