Special mention to James Cowan. If you want to buy a car and have someone handle the entire process effectively, efficiently and with complete professionalism he is your man. Never doubted the man through my buying experience, and I am really happy with my Polo GTI. Funny how well companies have adapted during COVID as I didn’t have to move a muscle to get my car from Glasgow. Impressed and I can’t wait to work on my new car.

Really good service. Dropped the car off just after 8am for an MOT. Got a text around 9am with a link to a video, with the mechanic who performed the MOT saying it had passed and talking me through the work they recommended on the car. Also got a link to select what parts I would prefer for the recommended work. Got another text just after 10am saying the car was ready for collection. They also gave the car a good clean inside and out. Really happy!

Today, my friends and I were travelling to Callendar and whilst on the motorway, my warning light came on saying I had low tyre pressure. I was worried about a puncture as I’d hit a pothole a while before. We came off the motorway and I noticed an Arnold Clark. I spoke to one of the mechanics to ask if they could check the tyres for me. He took us through to the showroom and arranged for someone to have a look at the car. We were given a seat on the couches and whilst there a really nice guy employee came over to speak to us. He told us he had give driven from the area we were heading to (he has a caravan there) We had a lovely chat and my friend happened to mention that she had forgotten her sunglasses which was a real pity since it’s the first weekend in such a long time where we have a forecast of clear skies and sunshine all weekend. Next thing he says ‘hold on’ and heads off into one of the rooms and returns with three pairs of pink Arnold Clark sunglasses for us. Shortly after, a mechanic returned with my keys to say he has checked all the tyres and set the corrects pressures in them and everything is fine. What a relief! There was no charge, they were just happy to help us get back on our way for our birthday weekend away. We just want to say thank you very much for the kindness.

have to say the moment I stepped into the showroom, the assistants were very welcoming. Due to the current situation with COVID all precautions were taken promptly. Joe was very friendly and took his time walking me around the cars and asking key questions to understand what I wanted/needed. Overall I couldn't have asked for better service, we found a perfect car for me and from there Joe was very patient and considerate for all and any questions I had regarding the car itself and later on the finance packages on offer. Was offered a test drive and Andy was also great, again taking his time to let me check out all the features of the car and driving it to let me be comfortable with it. What a great Arnold Clark garage!!! Bought my first car here just over 3 years ago with Nicola McNeil and she was so good I came back again and bought another. Nicola is just amazing! I could not have faulted her once in any of our dealings. She moves heaven and earth to make sure the customers needs are taken care of. 10/10 Then onto Ryan, what a guy! Both he and Nicola stayed behind after their shift to get the deal done and what a deal it was! Ryan was a gent and couldn’t have done anymore for me. Made sure the car was registered ASAP so I could get the car as fast as possible. He went above and beyond and I can’t think of anything that was missed. 10/10 Would not go anywhere else when buying a car in the future. Bought a Volvo C30 from Nicola , at no point did I feel any sales pressure . They offered me 2 prices for my car , 1 much higher if I had a fault fixed on it which I was grateful for . He wasn't happy with it and sent it back, a really genuine guy who demonstrated his integrity throughout the trade in/buying process. I have bought my last 4 cars from Arnold Clark London road and have just recently purchased my 5th. From the minute we arrived to have a look around Martin Devine went above and beyond for us. A day after we had taken the car home we found a few chips in the windscreen. When I called to ask if this was an existing issue he checked the car over and arranged for the whole front windscreen to be replaced. On the day the work was being done he came personally to collect the car from my work and once completed dropped it back off to me. Fantastic customer service from Dimitar at the London Road branch! He managed to get the service department to look at my car to get my car up and running promptly! I took my car to another garage (not an Arnold Clark branch) to get a puncture repaired and was told it would need a wheel alignment and new brake pads. After visiting the London Road branch, my car went through a full health check: a text and email was sent out to me with the results and a video attached from Callum who detailed what parts of the car needed attention. The health check gave me piece of mind that my car was in good working order and since I did not require the wheel alignment nor the brake pads to be changed, I saved money!

The only reason that this dealership is getting 3 stars is due to the seller that I dealt with, Dimitar Ivanov, doing everything he could to get me the deal that I wanted for the car that I wanted. Be warned though that they only issue a 2 month warranty on used cars. After only 10 weeks of having the car mine cut out completely and went in to safe mode while in the fast lane going over the erskine bridge. After taking the cut off, I had to shut the car down before restarting it. The dash board now shows an engine management system fault, which will now need 2 be fixed at my own expense. I really don't think this a coincidence so shortly after the warranty expiring. My car is now off the road and I will have to foot the bill for it's repair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our salesman was a staff member named Joe McWilliams (Glasgow London Road branch) and I have to say he was fantastic from beginning to end and reaffirmed our faith in the company! I recently purchased a Chevrolet Aveo from Arnold Clark without even seeing the car. When the car was advertised, the photographs were still to follow so I phoned up the branch at the London Road Motorstore in Glasgow and spoke to Kevin O’Conner Dalziel. Kevin was really helpful describing the car and its condition. He said he would send a video, which he did later that day and I wasn’t disappointed, it was just as described. I had previously purchased an Aveo from Arnold Clark some years ago and the only thing that needed replaced in 3 years was a light bulb! I knew from my knowledge of the type of car and the reputation and previous experience dealing with Arnold Clark, I wouldn’t have any problems. My partner and I travelled for 3 hours from Kintyre, arrived in Glasgow where Kevin came and picked us up and took us to the Motorstore in London Road. My car is beautiful, I love it. We drove the 3 hours home very happy. I would definitely recommend Arnold Clark. Their service is first class and a big thank you to Kevin O’Conner Dalziel for keeping in contact along the way and making the process of purchasing a car enjoyable.
