Jack Elliot at Arnold Clark Vauxhall on Hamilton Road has been absolutely brilliant. There were some interior issues with the car I was going to purchase which I was advised of immediately as this was being delivered from Blackpool to Glasgow and didn’t show in the pictures. A few days later I was back in and I’ve now ended up with a great car. Jack has been nothing but professional and friendly, I felt like he was my driving instructor again as this was the first manual car I had in 4 years. Patience of a saint. 10/10 service, very happy 😄

This is an absolutely enormous car lot. Although we managed to find what we wanted before we arrived online, the car we wanted had gone by the time we contacted them. The staff were very attentive and managed to find us an even better deal on a car. We also traded in, which went very smoothly as we've never traded in before. As I was driving straight in from (a long day) work, the staff offered me a seat to relax in and tea while we got paperwork sorted over in a small lounging area. They open till 8pm through the week which suits people working through the day. When we're looking for our next car, we'll definitely look in here again.

Very poor pre sale presentation. I went to 2 Arnold Clark garages and walked away. Why when you present a car for sale, would you stick a ‘For Sale’ sign on without at least cleaning inside to an acceptable standard ? Makes buying privately a bit more appealing.
