Recently bought a car from here - the salesman I dealt with were helpful and the staff that I had contact with all seemed nice enough. Whole process took 3-4 weeks as I had bought the car and was then told it needed to be repaired which took a further 2 weeks. Two days after taking my car home, in the better weather I noticed that the valeting team/garage had touched up a large number of stone chips on my cars paintwork with a Sharpie permanent marker. Ludicrous thing to do on a £27,000 car. Also noticed a few days later that the car is missing options it was stated to come with both on the car itself and on the online ad. Updated Review: Sales manager contacted me to offer a full respray of the affected areas and also offered to install missing options. Issues in the first instance however the garage has rectified these.

Really cannot fault this Arnold Clark's service team. My car broke down and within less than 2 days they had completed work on my car as well as giving me a really good price on 2 tyres and a free wheel alignment. Really felt the need to leave this review as i have noticed a few bad reviews on this branch. I never even bought my car hear and the service I have received was second to none. Reception staff really went the extra mile for me, highly recommended.

Tried there best, unfortunately the after market tracker that was fitted , was an issue, as the mounting was not able to be fixed. The staff were very accommodating.

After taking my car in for a repair, it was given back to me with 3 additional issues and some new body damage. When I brought this up with them they adamantly refused to admit any blame for it. Eventually they agreed to take a look at 2 of the 3 issues, whilst still insisting it wasn't them. First I heard that they'd agreed to actually fix the 2 issues was when I got the call to say my car's ready to collect. The staff, when they weren't refusing blame, were pleasant and helpful enough. They're also OK at keeping you informed of the progress of your vehicle via texts, with the exception of when they decide to keep your car in overnight. This, they do not inform you of.
