I’d highly recommend dealing with Chet Kahawela at Arnold clark. We visited the dealership in OCT to have a look at the MG ZS and were really pleased with the information given. We made a decision to sign the papers that day and arranged for brand new car to arrive in JAN. I got a phone call only a month later to say the car had arrived - well ahead of plan which suited us better prior to arrival of our baby. Dealt with Jack Devlin when changing from my VW Touareg. Jack was very professional, friendly and helpful. He kept me up to speed on the progress of the car I had picked. He had arranged to get the body work machine polished to remove some body work marks and scratches. The car was certainly much much better when I went back to see it. A few scratches and mark were still visible but so much better than the first time I saw it. Jack was helpful trying to find out about the service history too. Would certainly use this branch again going on Jack's efforts. Time will tell if the car is just as good.

We wanted to learn more about the new MG5 electric estate car and found the staff friendly and knowledgeable. A car was Covid-sanitised and made available to take for a test drive. It's a recently imported car from China with impressive range and safety features and the first EV estate in the world. Prices from £24k with 250 mile range even at motorway speeds. This has to be a winning game changer. Now, October 2022, they have the new MG4. And that looks better. Tempted! Update 21 Nov 22: So tempted, I bought one and the process was nobly assisted by Grant Brown! I don't like staff swearing when I go to a garage. Asked to look at one of the new cars inside the garage which they made seemed to have a problem with as they huffed around trying to find keys. Reserved a car online and within 15mins had someone call to explain all the processes and talk about the car to ensure it was the right fit for me. Going electric was a big step but couldn't have had any more knowledge by the time I left. As it was a used car, during valeting there was a small scuff on the alloy discovered and right away was told before we showed up that night and given a choice to delay delivery or bring it back in but they would sort it no bother free of charge, most garages would just hope you didn't see it. Overall couldn't be happier with Aaron and his team, Chris the manager also came over and spoke to us and they were amazing with my 3 year old, gave him colouring in activity books, stickers and listened to all his ramblings about his new toy.
