Purchased my wee ds3 diesel brilliant we car and economical got a great deal and car is very unusual with all the different spec, the owners are brilliant aswell had a issue with the car 2 weeks after purchasing and they went above and beyond to rectify the issue. Brilliant from start to finsh defo recommended.

Bought a used Scirocco today and couldn’t be happier . Came down by bus from Aberdeen and were collected by one of the mechanics and couldn’t have been a nicer bloke , so off to a great start Arrived at the dealers and welcomed with a Costa coffee from their new dangled coffee machine , and greatly appreciated L iiv let people , incredibly friendly and helpful and a yard full of really cracking cars Car I purchased was exactly as expected , serviced and a new MOT and all in all couldn’t be happier and loved the drive home Couldn’t recommend any higher and will definitely be back Many thanks Shona andbBrian

My only mistake in the entire process of buying a car was to not come to Banks Motors first. The competitive pricing of the cars on offer and the top class customer service was unbeatable. I was interested in a car they were selling - Stevie's dad showed me it on Tuesday and drove it home today - immaculate and runs like a dream, exactly what I was after. No pushy salesmanship, no "compulsory" extras, just a straightforward and honest transaction. I must admit that prior to this week I hadn't ever heard of Banks Motors, but I will be absolutely sure to spread news of them through word of mouth to anyone I know who's considering buying a car. Very nice family run car sales business. We spotted a car we liked the look of and phoned them as I would have to fly to Glasgow to buy it. Martin the owner answered and gave me a description over the phone stating that they had sold some cars to the western isles before and appreciated that a detailed description was needed. Martin also offered to pick me up from the airport to save me getting a taxi which was very thoughtfull. He also said he would get the car serviced, MOT'd and valeted prior to my arrival. Car was exactly as advertised. There was no pressure tactics or rush to make my mind up and he went through all the paperwork for me sorting out change of ownership and sorting out the tax. To sum up- a very friendly garage who do not pressure or rush you in to anything, would recommend to anyone....daughter loves her new car by the way......thanks again.

Purchased a car from Stephen at Bank Motors that, like any second hand car might have a problem. The car needed an expensive engine rebuild. Stephen has shown exemplary costumer car and rectified the problem. They are a real family business that care.

From putting my foot down in their premises, I was welcomed and asked what I was looking for, after a lengthy test drive in Glasgow I was impressed with the knowledge they showed. I bought the car, there was a good hand shake on that and all the add-ons I asked for were done. Travelling from Brechin to collect the car, they took the car just south of Stirling to save an hour traveling to Glasgow. I would highly recommend Bank Motors. Very happy with the back up service from Bank Motors. Always the worry of purchasing a car far from home (220miles round trip). The car was what I was looking for with all the extras saving me over a £2000 from going to Aberdeen. The car was flashing an error code and I contacted Steve and Martin and it was decided to fix the error at a local garage to save any damage to the car in a journey to Glasgow. Contact was made to a local garage by myself at Steve's request and the car was repaired without question. The garage owner was impressed with Steve on his commitment in getting the problem fixed. A simple switch was the error and repaired. A follow up phone call from Steve 4days later to check that all was good. It was, So to end this message Fantastic back up Service from Bank Motors.👍
