Having advertised my car privately on Autotrader I was contacted by Eric from Burnside Car Company offering to sell my car using their broker scheme. He was upfront about the selling price they would ask and how much I would get as seller. I feel that they were honest with me throughout the whole process. My car took a few weeks to sell, but they did as they said and I got a good price for my car. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I was in the market for a reasonably new executive saloon and had already visited several of the big name dealerships in the Glasgow area when I noticed several adverts for Burnside cars co. Managed to secure a minted 3 year old Audi A6 almost £2000 cheaper than the big places plus it is a one owner car with low miles and full history. Extremely happy with the car and confident in the warranty package and service provided by this garage, very professional but not pushy. Would definitely recommend this company without hesitation.

Very professional and friendly service. Colin was excellent and went above and beyond to help me find the right car within my budget. He explained everything at all points in the transaction and answered all my questions. Bought a Porsche from this company and it was a pleasure to do business with them. From initial inquiry right through to driving the car away was an enjoyable and professional experience. Travelled from Belfast because this was the best deal we found for the spec of Golf we wanted, even with flight and ferry cost added in. Colin personally collected me from the airport (during rush hour) and then helped me sort out my insurance and car tax from his showroom. The attention to detail and customer service was like something you would expect from a big dealer...but with a personal touch. Very impressive. The parcel shelf had been removed during the valet but Colin ordered a replacement one for us which arrived to our home a couple of days later. I would definitely recommend Colin and Burnside Car Company.

Burnside are a young, up and coming company. I’m sure they will be successful in the future. They sold a Nissan GT-R for me and got me a reasonable price for it. They sell incredible cars (i am actually interested in a Lamborghini they had a while back). They are a small, new company, with limited staff but they are great salesmen and you get what you ask for. I initially left a negative review but I take it all back. There are always two sides to a story and I was completely to blame for the issues that occurred. So I’m taking back what I said. I’ll admit that I initially gave them 1 star but I do believe that if burnside could have sold my car for more they would have; so it’s not their fault. If anything it’s mine, for harassing them as they tried to sell my car. I loved my car and if f I could get it back I’d take it. I signed the paper work they sent me and they signed it too but they left the section blank which said how much they were taking to sell my car. However, it is my fault for not clarifying the situation at the time. I didn’t question it and I should have; but I’m not bitter, I got my money. 👍 They haven’t given me a receipt. However, I tend to say a lot in my emails, so maybe the request keeps getting missed. Doesn’t matter though, cause they successfully sold my car for me, and I got my money. So good on them. 👍 I asked Dave (the Salesman), via email, to sell my car at a price, and he sold it at that price. I think he probably got a bit confused, with all the phone calls, so went back to the last thing I said in my email, and decided to go with that. And it’s ok though because I got my money. 👍 I gave Dave a tough time and he handled it well, so sorry for that. Good guy really. 👍 Overall, on reflection, I’m quite happy with the service burnside provided, given everything I’ve said. Were I to doing it all again, I’d probably go through them again but this time I’d leave them to do their job and not harass them. My fault entirely, please accept my apologies.

Great customer service and a genuine and honest garage and owner, i bought a merc on the 9/06/2017 and dave was honest and upfront about the car....how all garages should be. After i bought the car i went on a 200 mile trip and not any problems with the car. Would highly recommend if your looking for a new a car.
