The boys started cleaning our cars and commercial trucks a good few years back now from day one the service has been too class they always go above n beyond. I have just recently got my own car and they have added that to the fleet off our cars they wash and once again they do an Amazing job week in week out. Not just about washing cars it’s interacting with there customers which they do very well it’s always good to have a laugh and joke with the staff. Highly recommend these guys

I have a very neglected 2015 type R that I took in for a stage 2 polish and a ceramic coat. I cannot believe how it came out. The engine bay was cleaned up, the door and boot shuts as well as the wheels and tyres where all cleaned up. The improvement in the paint is incredible. I was given detailed updates of the work on the car and walked around it after the work was done. Seriously impressed. I am happy to recommend and will certainly use in future.

Excellent job done on my car which had a few issues and needed deep clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They explain everything and happy to answer relevant questions. The location is easy to access and there workshop is clean and looks amazing.

Just picked my car up from the guys and Wow. The car got stage 1 detail, ceramic coating and the convertible roof cleaned and protected. I was kept updated through the whole process aswell as posting pictures on there social media stories which is a nice touch. Car is swirl free and protected for years to come. Will only be letting Carisma wash my car from now on. Zen and Hassy went above and beyond, Amazing company.

I contacted Hassy for a last minute appointment for a Ceramic Coating in which they were able to accommodate for. Hassy was friendly and professional and delivered over and above my expectations. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is nothing short of perfection. In 3 days they had my McLaren in prestige condition I’ve ever seen, Better when It was delivered back in November. They also done some extras which I didn’t ask for. Really kind of him! Moreover, their customer service is exemplary. Hassy and Zen went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was totally satisfied. I cannot sing their praises highly enough. I have no hesitation in giving a glowing 5 star review! If you are considering any detailing work, in my opinion, it can’t get better than this outfit. Time to time I’m really uncomfortable on the way my cars are approached. I brought my small hatchback over for a full valet. Straight away Hassy checked my car and told me when it was going to be ready. The car was actually ready 1 hour early and that was impressive considering the amount of other cars they had to do and I brought my car in at around 10. When I collected the car it was spotless! Cleaner than when it was brand new. I am very pleased with the job and with the attention for detail that Hassy and his team have. These guys work very hard and they deserve a big thank you. The best place in the south side , the attention to detail is absolutely insane, the place is all indoors, so you can sit in the waiting area. really high end area that you actually wouldn't mind visiting for a coffee. The place is nice and clean, and not like your normal car wash place, they have definitely taken it to a whole new level. The Carisma team are really helpful and talking to them they are really passionate about there place, a good sign of quality, I came across this place via social media, and i would recommend this to everyone, a place worth checking out, They also have high end supercars in for polishing, so I knew my BMW will get looked after, They have all the high end cars parked up and GLEAMING, one of the staff members showed me around and explained to me what work the cars had done, I walked out that place with a proper shiny and clean car and a smile on face. Got my new Range Rover detailed and ceramic coated with zipang (kamikaze) Ideally located just off the motorway and perfect location on the way home (if you live in the South side). Prices are good and service is always 10/10.

I have been detailing my own cars for many years and I am very particular in how things need to be done. I recently purchased a new car and was keen to get a ceramic coating before I picked up any swirl marks etc. Carisma Works were recommended by a family member so I checked out their work on the website and read through all the google reviews. I was surprised as I was unable to find any negative reviews and I thought that these guys must be good. I called Hassy and left a missed call. He called me back promptly and discussed what I wanted and what they could do. We agreed on a full 1 stage detail (including a thorough wash and decontamination) and the Zipang ceramic coat and ceramic on the wheels too. through that one phone call I knew that I was making the right choice. It was clear Hassy knew his stuff and there was no forcing me to pick the top of the range detail. He helped me make the right choice that suited my needs and the car. I was booked in the following week and dropped my car off literally an hour after I picked it up from the dealers. I asked the dealer not to wash the car and it was therefore filthy when I dropped it off to Carisma. I had a long discussion with both Hassy and Zen and I have nothing but admiration for their dedication and attention to detail. It was clear to me that they got into this business as they were detailing enthusiasts and that shows in their work. The car was safely cleaned, decontaminated, polished and then ceramic coated. It was ready 3 days later but throughout the process the guys kept me well informed with regular updates and pictures. When I went to collect it - WOW! The paintwork was already good but the work the guys put into it really shows. Paint is slick and a very high glossy shine. As I said before - they got into this as they were enthusiasts. It shows as they even removed the number plate to polish behind it (even waxed the number plate), the exhaust tips were polished (I never asked for that so it was a good bonus), interior valeted and the car was in show condition. The work aside, Hassy and Zen were welcoming and happy to talk (even though I was probably keeping them back as it was late evening) and discuss detailing in general. Brilliant product knowledge but incredibly humble and down to earth - I have met other details who talk to you for a position of arrogance as they think they know more. I am chuffed I found them and will recommend them to anyone (already putting together a post for some of the car forums I am on) and will definitely use them again and again.
