Had to get my car towed here after it developed a major fault. Norrie instantly took charge of the situation and was extremely helpful and completely honest and realistic throughout the experience, which was much appreciated given the circumstances. Although I have been left disappointed with BMW on the whole after the ordeal, I have nothing but praise for Norrie and the team in Hillington.

Very friendly staff. And I am so happy with the service, car was washed and ready to go after my AdBlue system was fixed together with the ambient light on my door. (Asked in another BMW in Glasgow when I serviced the car but they missed it to my disappointment). This is the best BMW centre in the Glasgow area. Phil has been absolutely excellent throughout the sales process, not pushy at all and took the time to make sure I really loved the car before committing. I had a couple of niggles after picking the car up but Phil really put my mind at ease and has arranged for them to be sorted quickly. Couldn't recommend this garage more.

He was very courteous and professional showing a great knowledge of the vehicle. He quietly explained the details of the vehicle and carefully explained the purchase options. He took his time and never put us under any pressure making the whole experience a pleasure. I fully commend the excellent service he provided.

I Bought my 320d x drive touring M sport + from parks of Hillington. I Dealt with Richard the salesman , very knowledgable about the car and able to demonstrate all of its functions in a clear manner for my partner and I to understand. Everything I was offered or asked for was attended to in a prompt manner. Also the sales manager Chris has a wealth of knowledge on BMW. My car was back in for a service and was brought round to me washed and hoovered to a high standard.
