My husband has just bought a car from this company and we absolutely couldn't fault them from start to finish. We were treated very well on arrival, spoke to respectfully and pleasantly at all times. Ally knew all about the car to be able to tell us what we needed to know, didn't try to 'oversell' it to us but we were impressed with his knowledge on it and the car had been valeted to a very top spec. We were treated with patience and encouraged to take the car for a test drive. The sale and paperwork went through without any hitch and we drove away the same day. Ive already told Ally I will be back to buy my next car there also and I genuinely meant it.

Saw a Porsche on the ‘Driven’ website. Viewed it, liked it, bought it. The whole process was one of ease and being relaxed. No hard sell. Let me look round the car in my time. Touching, smelling and checking it. All the noted faults were done to and excellent standard, prior to delivery to my door - some 200 miles away!! Great experience, I was looking for Audi S3 for a decent price to do me for a year or two. I had an Audi A6 diesel but due to a change in circumstances and only travelling around 20 miles a day and risking clogging up the DPF filter, I wanted to change to petrol. I found a cracking S3 and Ally at Driven could not have been more helpful. We agreed on a straight swap for my A6 and the deal was done on the same day, I drove away with my new car a few hours later. Cheers Ally I will definitely be back for my next car. *****

Travelled a fair distance to buy a car that we had seen on the website. We dealt with Alex over the phone and he assured us the car was as described and that he would have it MOT,d for us We flew in early morning and as promised car was ready for us. It was exactly as described. So many times we have flown over to pick up a car to find out the car for sale isn’t the one described but in this instance - spot on So far after sales has been on the ball as well. The air con needs charging and the dealership is standing over it, absolutely no hassle. Very happy with car and dealership

I don’t normally leave reviews, but after visiting Driven Motor Company I cannot believe how professional and knowledgeable they are in all aspects of car sales and customer service. They have numerous vehicle’s for purchase and and an array of stunning prestigious vehicle’s to choose from. I ended up purchasing a stunning BMW from them. The customer service I had was second to none and the after sales service is just fantastic. It’s hard to find an honest car dealership these days, however I felt comfortable and happy in their beautiful showroom. They couldn’t have done enough for me and I am one happy lady!! My vehicle is perfect, and my sales advisor made sure I was 100% happy before I signed anything! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from an honest car dealership!!! 5 STARS for these guys! If I could give more I would!!!!! Despite an initial mix up with cars/prices, the team at Driven have been great! Just paid the. deposit on a volvo xc90 (trade in to clear) and the car is being taken to get a few wee bits and pieces fixed before we get it home. I'm delighted that they were upfront about what needed fixed and are going above and beyond to get it all sorted for me. Fabulous garage to buy from,you can buy with 100% confidence from these guys! Highly recommended!

As a distance sale, I was sceptical and nervous. I needn’t have been as the team did everything and more to reassure me. I haven’t had the car long, but from what I can tell so far it is as described. It was delivered on time with the transport company. I had multiple videos sent of the vehicle, before and after the sale, along with images of it being loaded onto the transporter. All they said would be done, was done. Email correspondence, phone calls, negotiations and details were all clear, concise and fair. Great service. Friendly, helpful and happy.
