Fantastic service from all at Evans caravans. Bought a new VW camper from them with help from Eugene (he's brilliant nothings too much) but soon found it too small, they without question took it back and we agreed to buy a motorhome instead XGO dynamic. They fitted some extras that I required and they threw in a few free essentials. Just got back from 10 days in Scotland and travelled over 2000 miles the motorhome was great comfy warm and loads of space ,home from home.It did have a few teething issues but John and his team got them sorted on my return. Thanks Eugene , John and co one very pleased customer.

Excellent service had at Evans Caravans. Bought a small campervan with them last year but realized it was too small. We bought our van from Evans last year we also store our van over winter with them and so far so good we have had no problems whatsoever with them, any issues have been swiftly sorted out. Our van is no longer under warranty but we had an issue with the hot water Anthony one of the technicians tried to explain over the phone what needed doing to re-instate the water but as I couldn't get it to work called and sorted it out on his way home from work at no charge I think that says it all really thank you very much

Eugene runs the motorhome sales part of the business and John and his team run the servicing depot and caravan sales in Porthmadog. What an amazing company. We went to a campsite in Criccieth and upon setting up realised part of our drive away kit was missing, as this was our only vehicle and having small children far away from home we were stuck, that is until we drove by Evans Caravan and an amazing gentleman gave us the part we were missing, and can you believe it free of charge. The gentleman was professional, friendly, compassionate, a wonderful human being who all in all saved our family camping trip. Thank you Evans keep up the good work, we will be back.

We bought a new Hobby Excellent 4 berth caravan from Evans Caravan & Camping at Pandy Garage Criccieth last year. We would thoroughly recommend this company they are a wonderful. We were complete caravan novices. The company were brilliant from start to finish with our initial purchase and after sales was 5 star. Nothing has been too much trouble for them we were supported throughout. Most recently they have carried out an annual service and got the tv working for which they didn’t t even charge us !! This family business is completely and totally professional with well trained staff. Their customer service is exceptional. Thank you all at Evans caravan and camping nothing too much trouble. We would highly recommend them as a company. Thank you all at Evans’s we should have done it years ago !! Fantastic experience with Evans caravans,was looking around north wales for a while looking for a camper van and came across Evans caravans. I spoke with Eugene regarding a v w camper van and he was very helpful,I part exchanged my old camper van and it was hassle free, what a great service. I have had the v w camper for 6 months now and it was the best thing I have bought,Eugene keeps in touch asking how it’s going providing a service that not many people do. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again from Evans caravans.

I recently bought a Hobby caravan and received top class professional service, they also delivered the caravan directly to the site onto the seasonal pitch. The caravan came with a fully serviced, safety checked, valeted and a starter pack which was a full gas bottle, electric lead and steps. They have been super helpful afterwards answering all my questions as this is my first caravan. I will definitely going back to Evans to upgrade in a few years.
