Went here the other day to look at a Ford Focus ST2. Car was in lovely condition, drove really nicely, just a pity it wasn't the car for my needs. I dealt with Graham who was very helpful, professional and friendly. He seemed to genuinely try and help me in the situation I had got my self into. He managed to work a very good deal for my trade in and the offer was very very appealing, but as I said the car maybe wasn't right for my needs.(It's a pity) Would certainly try this branch in the future.

Overall Excellent Service. Due to an initial miscommunication between ourselves and Evans Halshaw the car provided did not meet our requirements. The sales executive Colin Richardson took charge of the situation and was able to resolve this misunderstanding without any fuss or drama for us. Following this we later took delivery of our new car which exactly met our specification and requirements. The exchange of cars went smoothly (despite Covid restrictions) and thought the whole process Colin made the whole experience easy and drama free. It's easy to give a good review when all things go well but the only time you really find out how good an organisation or people are is when you have problems. In this case both Colin and Evans Halshaw could not have provided a better service, this is why I am happy to leave a 5 star review.

Just the usual garage experience. I am told EVERY YEAR at MOT that wipers need replaced? Always find it odd when they seem to be working fine?? And for a car that was only purchased (second hand) only 3-4months ago....to be told I need break discs and pads is a bit disconcerting. Staff are friendly but seem to always say.(NOT my department) when questions asked. But with holiday season I'll let slide this time.

Not one to usually post reviews but having been wary of using a main dealer I was proved wrong by the level of service I received. They initially diagnosed a fault in my alternator which I got replaced (using a Ford original) by another local garage. This didn't fix the fault and I thought the fault had been mis-diagnosed. Evans Halshaw took my car in and tried various things over 2 1/2 days but eventually replaced the alternator again. Turns out the one fitted by the other garage was faulty... Evans Halshaw took a copy of my receipt from the other garage, did a parts reclaim and didn't charge me anything for the work they did. Oh, and they gave me a free courtesy car after the first day. Extremely pleased and grateful for all they did - can't recommend highly enough! Sometimes it's worth paying the slightly higher dealership prices.
