It was very efficient operation and even apologised for not being able to deliver car to Peterhead because of Covid issues. I would love to say I've had a great experience with these guys like the rest of you, but I've had my car over 3 months now and still haven't received service history for the vehicle. I've called quite a few times, the last time was at the end of last week, told I would get a call back and nothing. I asked Callum about it after one month of having the car and was told they were waiting on it. And im still waiting, I will keep at them because I'm not paying 11 grand on a car with no service history. On another note I have already had a breakdown with the car, the oil cooler went, but they did do the repair under warranty so all good there, was told manager would call me and i thought great ill ask him for service history, but never recieved a call from him either. There is also an accident repair I did not see on the rear quarter panel as it was dark when I picked up car, looks like either that panel was rotten or an accident repair. Not a big deal just something I wished I would've seen when I got the car. End of the day I feel the main problem is keeping in touch with their customers and calling back when they're expected to, there was plenty of contact before the sale, try and get a hold of someone after the sale, you will struggle.
