I enquired about trading in my Nissan qashqai in for a range rover evoque, John offered me an excellent price so I went ahead with the purchase. Car took a few days longer than expected to get ready but they were doing work needed before mot which I was happy with. A few weeks into having the car some warning lights appeared, I called up and the had the mechanic check and fix it straight away. Unfortunately another problem occurred a few weeks later again, that night the mechanic checked my car, they arranged for my car to go to the garage this time and now its all sorted. I was really pleased with the customer service, especially from Kirsty! I would recommend Garrowhill car sales to anyone looking for a car and I will definitely use them again when it's time for an upgrade!! Cars can always develope problems, it's how the dealer manages it that matters and you guys done great 😁
