J. B.I have bought a Suzuki Sx4 S Cross from here back in February and it was the easiest car purchase I've made. All done over the phone or email and everyone I made contact with was super helpful. The pictures and history of the car were all perfect and it was also serviced before the purchase was completed. The car was then delivered to Manchester and has been a fantastic motor so far. I've covered a few thousand miles already and very much doubt there will be any issues with it in the future. Huge thanks to everyone at Gwyndaf Evans.
L. S.I do not write much review, but I would really like to write one for the grateful experience at this Gwyndaf Evans Motor.
Last week my family had a holiday trip in Snowdonia. We had a minor incident scratching the car in a narrow road, when we tried to accommodate car coming in opposite direction. The bumper got a bit detached on one side. While the car was drivable, we felt worried for the motorway journey back to our home.
Next day we took the car to Gwyndaf Evans Motors hoping to have a quick fix, to put back and secure the bumper in place. The engineer took a look and helped to fix it quickly (within 15 minutes!). I could only say the service from the reception lady and engineer were all very kind, and we were not even charged. The most important thing was, they offered great help when we were distressed from the incident. This enabled us to resume the mood and continue our holiday, and a safe journey back to our home.
Many thanks to Gwyndaf Evans Motors. This also gave us a very special memory about the town of Dolgellau!

J. H.I went there on a Sat when everywhere else was closed. I needed the use of a torque wrench after having had tyres installed somewhere else. A very pleasant young man on duty did the work on 2 tyres and did not charge me. I was very impressed with the site which was clean and orderly. Thank you Gwynfaf Evans and more particularly the young man who helped.
A. K.We were on holiday in the area and unfortunately, the heatshield under our Ford Fiesta had been dislodged by driving in heavy rain on our journey there. It was scraping on the ground over bumps. I asked at the local Texaco garage if any garage nearby was open and had ramps to fix our problem. They suggested these guys and they had the car up on the ramp and fixed within 20 mins. We could now continue our holidays safely. It was such a great relief; they were lovely and waivered any payment. (I gave them a tenner for a couple of pints!).

They put my spare tyre on free of charge and ordered a new trye.
Went back next day and had new tyre fitted.

E.ABSOLUTLY AMAZING! We visited my grandparents in dolgellau for Christmas and a couple of days before we were set to leave we realised the washer fluid jets were not working. With a 6 hour motorway journey in a couple of days we thought we would ask if Gwyndaf's (who my Nain and Taid use regularly) could fit us in. We drove down there and spoke to Sean who took a look and found it was a clog near the pump, he took it in and fixed it within 30 mins, no charge. We couldn't have asked for better service! We would highly recommend!!! Thank you!

D. J.Excellent service from Shane and James at Gwyndaf Evans Motors. We purchased a Suzuki swift sport after seeing it on their website and eBay. Living 268 miles away we had to rely on what Shane said and when we arrived we weren't disappointed. The car was exactly as Shane and the photos described. Shane was very quick in responding to our many questions and never once came across condescending. He was honest,fair and gave us a good deal. We would definitely consider travelling the 5 1/2 hours again in the future as our experience prior to this was pretty poor from main dealers when looking for a used Suzuki Swift Sport.

Gwyndaf really worked hard to find me the car i wanted without having to wait too long but because of coronavirus they were none available without having to put in a new order to Ford and having to wait longer.

1.The slave clutch seal failed on my KTM motorbike while I was near by so I called in on the off chance that they had something similar that might do the job to get me out of trouble.
