Been buying genuine bmw parts from here for a while now and the customer service I receive from Lee Lawson and the rest of the parts department is faultless. Always quick to respond to my emails, always next day delivery, always kept informed of when parts have been dispatched. Prices are always clear and transparent. Advice i get from these guys is priceless. Always given plenty of options to save money where I can without even asking for it. Literally the best customer service you can get. I’m based in London and would rather use this dealership than the ones in London.

Picked up my brand new 3 series tonight, the whole buying experience couldn’t have been better, was exciting from start to finish and professional to the letter. Grant Airns has been a credit to his branch and helped me buy my brand new dream car without having to wait till the end of the year ! Was greeted by many of the management staff Andrew, Guy and Michelle were all extremely engaging and interested in my experience genuinely and not just following a process it’s obvious they run a professional business with customer satisfaction at its core. Finally the whole experience was perfect from the ease of ordering, collecting and the valet was spot on the whole staff have been on point. First time ordering a car from Harry Fairbairn and have to say I most likely will be back to order again once it's time to change car. Whole process from ordering to collection was excellent and my sales advisor James Clark was excellent through the whole process. Car had a few minor marks and scrapes and a kerbed alloy which were all fixed before collection as a courtesy, a level of service I've not experienced with other Arnold Clark branches I've previously bought from. Any questions were promptly answered by James and the process from beginning to end was worthy of 5 stars.

Ordered a car here in August 2021. Sales and ordering process was outstanding. No pressure and Calum and Grant took time to answer a multitude of questions from technical questions about the car to detailed questions about financing. I asked for lots of different quotes for different options and nothing was too much trouble. The pandemic and chip shortage caused massive delays in delivery which meant I had to wait 8 months for the car. Throughout the period Calum went above and beyond in the service offered. Kept us upt to date with the situation throughout, advised on options, discussed trade-in issues and lots more. All staff we were in contact with in branch were friendly and welcoming. Even when my daughter spilled hot chocolate all over the floor they couldn't have been more helpful Collection process went very smoothly too. Forms were signed online in advance so Limited paperwork to complete and then a detailed walk through of how to operate some of the bells and whistles. Can't think of anything that could be improved. Couldn't be happier with the service we received.

This is the 3rd BMW I have purchased from Harry Fairbairn in Giffnock. The service I have received on each occasion has been outstanding. Fair trade in prices and very easily concluded deals. There is nothing worse than having to spend hours in a dealership trying to secure a deal. I bought a BMW 440i used and despite living in Nottingham 100’s of miles from the dealership and all communication being via phone, videos and email it was the best car buying experience I’ve had. I was completely confident in buying the car and it was just as expected when collecting it from the Nottingham branch after they had delivered it down. I’m sure all the staff are great but I’d recommend this branch due to my experience with the sales executive Greg Black who was extremely professional and kept me well informed while he guided me through the exciting process of buying the car in a manner that was stress free and enjoyable. The car is fantastic too and was a cracking price so I’d say to anyone who might be looking in the midlands for a BMW do have a browse further north to Harry Fairbairn and if you can stomach buying a car without physically going to see it or dont mind the drive to Scotland you could save a bit of money.

Just bought a X1 model using online system. Our sales rep. Paul McGrogan was very understanding of my computer 'talents' and guided us through the whole procedure. The car was shown to us by video and fully prepared before our arrival. Click and collect went well maybe an inside room or area could be found as standing outside over a counter was a bit makeshift. All car details explained fully before we left. A good experience and recommended by us .

I gave a garage a call 1.5 hour before my arrival for the test drive, even though the car was not parked at this garage it was delivered, washed and prepped prior my arrival. Salesman (David Seagal) was a exemplary, there was nothing I could fault, he was professional, patient, knowledgeable and not pushy to sell the car. He gave us time to check the car inside&out and then organised a test drive, without wasting our time to work out some numbers! When we arrived after the test drive, PCP numbers were already ready for a discussion and they were an honest numbers - without added warranties, services, paint protection etc! We just had a great and relaxed experience and thanks to David! Unfortunately we didn't buy the car but it was nothing to do with the branch service we received. Thank you David.

Bought a car from here last month. All done remotely as I live in Yorkshire. Couldn’t have been easier, all electronic documents secure (GDPR and all that - I work in IT🤷‍♂️) Everyone on the team we met or talked to was great. Paul was my main contact and called when convenient for me, emailed when necessary etc. Any questions or issues were dealt with promptly and clarified clearly. We got the train up to collect it rather than have it delivered to Manchester. On the day made sure everything was sorted for our arrival. Took a test drive with Callum the BMW Genius who was spot on with his approach. Then he went through the car with my wife before we set off (her car). Final touch was Paul’s boss making sure he said thanks to every customer. Nice touch 👍 Really made you feel special. Follow ups since have been appropriate and to the same high standard. The car was an ex-rental BMW approved, only seven months old but had had a full service before we received it. In a few years when I come to change our other car I will check back to see what these guys have in stock.

They have a wee coffee bar, that's well stocked and they are always offering. Not the best parking, especially for disabled access, it can be very busy. Went in to look at BMW cars on Motability as am nearly ready to order my new vehicle. Still undecided regarding what to go for as my car means everything to me. Severe spinal damage failed surgery, and chronic pain means the car must be easy to access and drive. Also being an ex motor mechanic who loves all things cars it's got to be good looking and be very refined and capable of comfortable road trips up North. It's also got to have a brilliant engine and super smooth Automatic gearbox. Am still looking at a Toyota Hybrid along with a Mercedes but still doing my research. However the BMW still makes perfect sense for me. Anyway in I went to the big fancy showroom and started looking for those BMWS on the scheme. However they only had 1 unsuitable model in so nothing worth looking at. The young receptionist did ask if I needed any help but I said no thanks I am fine. I spent about 10 minutes looking at the cars and then left. I have also been in the Irvine Branch of Harry Fairbairns BMW. As I had bought lots of motor bikes from them many years ago. However they are really Arnold Clark. Have to say that the Irvine Branch has been good towards me when I visited and the manager was really helpful.

They have part of the showroom dedicated to the 'i' electric/hybrid range which was where I wanted to be. How is it that when you are looking for a member of staff there are never any about and when you want time to browse they are like flies around s#1t. Was interested in some indo on i3 but expert not present. So this section I was talking about has a ridiculously expensive electric car and an i8. Seriously, if your thinking about electric try the i3. It drives great. Whether you like the look of it is another thing!!!

I've always taken my BMW to Harry Fairbairn Giffnock but recently I tried Douglas Park BMW for the first time because they are only 10 minutes away and saves me a 40 minute journey across the city to Giffnock. Never again. Douglas Park BMW need to visit Harry Fairbairn to see how customers should be treated. At Harry Fairbairn's you are greeted properly, looked after whilst waiting and spoken to with respect. They don't tamper with personal equipment in your car and they deal with any problems in a professional and courteous manner. I'll happily sit in rush hour traffic for over 40 minutes if it means I'll receive the customer service one expects from BMW.
