Well what can I say I’m back again. This is my third review as it’s the third car I’ve bought from Hillington Motor Company. My first encounter was about eight years ago when I bought a Volvo and then about four years ago I bought a Mercedes’ A class and now I’m back again and bought a Jaguar F type. Always excellent service and amazingly helpful and totally upfront and honest. When I first started my relationship with Hillington Motor Company young Scott was a fresh faced young salesman - still as enthusiastic but maybe not so young. All the staff are still the same - which certainly says something as usually garages seem to have a huge turnaround in sales staff. Being on my own it’s great to be treated with honesty and truthfulness. They helped me also with the sale of my car and whenever I needed advice on servicing and tyre replacement nothing was ever too much trouble. Over the years I’ve recommended both friends and family whenever they are looking for a new car to make Hillington Motors their first port of call.

Bought my Jaguar there, dealt with Scott and it was painless from start to finish. Couldn't view the car as I am in Kent and they are in Glasgow. Visited Hillington motor company to look at a Volvo XC90, I Drove up from Newcastle was worth the trip as Spoke to Scott who is a absolute gent. Toke it for a test drive knew instantly I wanted it. Only thing I wanted done on the car was the timing belt for my own piece of mind paid towards it and they paid the remaining cost. Went up collected it a week later fantastic service and would highly recommend Scott and his team.

Excellent car dealer. Which is pretty few and far between these days. I reserved an A3 Audi which developed an unknown noise during the test drive. Their honesty and straight talking no trying to hard sell. They were insistant on returning my deposit until the fault was identified and remedied. Some car dealers would have just patched it up and flogged me it Definitely be back

Bought a used 2014 Ford Kuga, and couldn't be happier with the service. Car runs great - they gave the full service history and background / reason for sale, and were responsive and clear on the (numerous) calls I made for any questions I had as this was my first car purchase. The car's AC wasn't producing properly cold air, so they took it back and had it re-gassed (though they were prepared to fix any problems). Can happily recommend them.

I recently bought a Volvo S40 D5 from Hillington Motor Company. I am absolutely delighted with my new car I had been looking at this model from various dealers but the spec. on this car was exactly what I wanted. The sales staff, young Scott and the manager were extremely helpful and friendly without being pushy and way exceeded my expectations of sales staff, they offered me a test drive and nothing was too much trouble. When I collected my car it was immaculate and looked spectacular. A week after collecting my car I drove to John O Groats for a weekend and my car was a dream to drive. I went in to buy a Mercedes SLK with my wife and we were well looked after. Everyone we came in contact with was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Scott was very attentive and he helped us at every stage and worked an acceptable deal for us around a trade in of our old car. The purchased car was presented in a very good condition on the day of collection and Scott even helped me tax the vehicle and change the registration to my personalised plate on line from their showroom. No problems were experienced I have no hesitation in recommending them to any purchaser.

I bought a beautiful blue Golf GTi from Hillington Motor Company about a month ago and the experience was very good. The car was a good asking price for the mileage, condition and spec, and when I asked for it to be taken to and inspected by a nearby independent VAG specialist of my choice (the Cross Garage in Kirkintilloch), they were happy to comply. I live on the other side of Scotland and after an initial test drive, they were willing to take it to that garage on my behalf so I didn't have another long drive to do it myself. The Cross Garage's report was good, and the deal was completed without any problems. Scott was willing to negotiate a little on the price so I could get preventative work done on a known potential issue (timing chain tensioner), and I got a reasonable trade-in price on my old mk4 Golf. The car was delivered in superb condition. I would have preferred if the warranty was a little longer than the 1 month provided for a car that cost £13K, but all in all it's been a joy to drive and I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for a good quality used car.

Hello,I just bought a 2001 Audi TT Quattro from Hillington Motor Co.I live 210 miles from the dealership.I travelled up in the campervan had a test drive I understood because of the age and mileage there would be no warranty but the car had FULL service history and twelve months mot.I have to speak as I found.The car was fantastic they were helpful honest and friendly.I collected the car a few days later .It was prep’d to a very high level and the handover was very good.I can recommend these people Scott was very helpful.The 210 mile drive home was a pleasure
