Picked up the RS5 from Hogg Motors today. Took a flight up from Heathrow and then enjoyed the road trip back, what a bonus!. Dealing with Sean is very straightforward. He is very knowledgeable about the car and is very genuine, no selling needed. The car looked absolutely mint, best example I'd seen and with full history. If he has the car you are after, don't let the location put you off, it just adds to the whole experience. I will be back for sure if I ever decide to change the RS5.

A fantastic experience buying from Sean. Very professional, kind and accommodating. Sean stayed open late for me to view the car on Thursday night. Had it cleaned, serviced and MOT’d by Friday. I purchased my BMW X5 from Sean earlier this year. I found his knowledge of the product fantastic and his relaxed approach with no pressure to buy very appealing. I was also able to take the car myself for the test drive. When I agreed to take the car I was fully kept up to date with how the car was progressing for me to collect it. Some months later the car developed an issue with the steering wheel. When I reported this to Sean under warranty there were no issues with him repairing this immediately. He also repaired a bracket on the driver seat which I damaged myself for no extra charge. Which I am very grateful for. Sean clearly takes pride in the cars he sells, mechanically sound and the detailed preparation for when you test drive/ collect your car is second to known. I love buying cars, but I hate car dealers...... until now! It was a real pleasure buying a car from Sean. Having looked at a whole lot of shabby cars advertised as immaculate by other dealers, I saw Hogg’s advertisement for what looked like an ideal car, and wondered if it would be the same. As I wasn’t local, I sent an online at 6pm on Friday evening, I had a response at 8:30pm giving me honest answers to the questions I had asked. I called the next morning just as Sean was opening up, he called me back within 10 minutes and we had a really good discussion about the car and it’s condition. Sean was very thorough, and sent through multiple close up photos to back everything up. Having giving me all the information he signed off by asking me to have a think and let me know, no pushiness. I paid a deposit and agreed to view and collect the following weekend. During the week, Sean kept me up to date with the progress of the details we had discussed. On “New Car Day” I set off on the 330 mile trip to Glasgow, a little bit apprehensive about what I might find when I got to Hogg’s. When I got there I was pleasantly surprised, I met 3 Hogg employees, all very professional and polite. Sean showed me round the car in his indoor showroom and left me to have a thorough look by myself. The car was exactly as Sean had described, possibly even better! Another look around outside and test drive sealed the deal for me, a good honest used car. I then had the pleasure of driving another 330 miles in my new car. I can’t recommend Hogg Motor Company enough, I would definitely buy another car from them, but hopefully not too soon, I need to enjoy this one first! Bought an Audi Q5 off Sean a few weeks ago after looking at a few in different places nothing came close to the standard of the car I got from Sean. Couldn’t find a single fault with the car it was immaculate. Developed a slight warped front disc and he took the car back without hesitation and the discs and pads were changed within a day.
