I have recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Lexus Glasgow. As I live in the Midlands we did everything over the phone and the car was delivered to me in a timely fashion. When the car arrived I found a couple of issues so I called and spoke to William Smillie who went out of his way to sort the issues. From the initial enquiry to delivery nothing was too much trouble for the team, no matter how many questions I had. If you are looking for a Lexus, I would highly recommend you give William a call.

I collected my new car today from salesman Campbell Gibb. Campbell was both friendly and professional, he knew every aspect of the car and he made sure that I was comfortable with the various controls, he was also happy to go back over areas I was unsure of. I couldn’t have asked for a more straightforward and easy purchase of my first car. I received excellent service from Campbell who made my experience simple and exciting. Lexus Glasgow was extremely accommodating to my needs, going out of the way to ensure my car was ready on very short notice. My first viewing being on the Wednesday, to the purchase on Thursday and the pick up on Sunday. Incredible service!

Bought my Lexus CT from there 5 year's ago and in to have it serviced for a few years and in for the odd part like oil filter and rear wiper blade. Staff are always very polite and professional and offer a coffee, juice or water. Good selection of display cars in a modern dealership and if I buy another Lexus would definitely be from Lexus Glasgow. Update 23/07/19; Currently sitting in a BMW dealership after they have destroyed my father in laws locking wheel but, you don't appreciate just how well Lexus look after you, been sat for about an hour now with no update, no offer of a beverage and staff walk past without any interaction or interest, plain to see Lexus service is second to none. Even after going in for service parts for my now 8 year old CT they address me by name when I come in.... how do they remember!? When the time comes to replace my CT I'll be getting another Lexus, just a pity there's no more GS450h.

Always a good and friendly service. Would have though during the pandemic that the price would have been a bit lower as you are not getting the "Lexus Experience". I feel shelling out nearly £550 for a 80k service is a bit much. Could have got it done at a Toyota dealer for half the price...

Given the current Government restrictions, Lexus Glasgow made a purchase of a car completely straightforward and stress-free. William organised video viewing, documents, number plate change and hand-over seamlessly. I was kept up to date at every step and a pleasant experience all round.

I found the car I wanted and spoke with William, he put no pressure on the sale and was accommodating at every stage of the process. My car was delivered and even wuth the family getting covid we were able to get averythi g sorted regardless. I cannot thank William enough for his time and effort because without it, I'd still probably be waiting for the car now, he went above and beyond in every way. My personal circumstances of no phone signal, working funny hours and then covid sis not make ot easy for him but he still excelled. I'm not normal loyal to car dealerships and I pick the car I want however, I would 100% buy a lexus again and I would go out my way to use this dealership. Thank you for your hard work! P.s. I visited Lexus Glasgow for an MOT, Service Department was as always, friendly, knowledgeable - 1st class. 3 stars due to I was really upset how the car was washed after the MOT, it was really really bad, it looked even dirtier then it was before the MOT, I am really disappointed! Next time, if I visit Lexus Glasgow, I will put a note on a dashboard - DO NOT WASH THE CAR!!!

We have two Lexus vehicles and have been using Lexus Glasgow for some years now. Since 2008 I have been 100% delighted with not only the product but the after sales and servicing has been exemplary. Gary Skea is my usual point of contact and is a wonderful ambassador for Lexus. He never fails to return calls timeously and gives a full breakdown of any work carried out. Thankfully being well engineered cars that's a rare event. Wouldn't dream of any other brand or garage.

Took my Alfa Romeo Giulietta here for some electrical/sensor issues that were causing warning lights on the dash. Very impressed with the service - they take the time to take email a list of issues and a video with an explanation by the mechanic. It's great being able to see exactly what's wrong with your car. Unfortunately, the parts required to fix what was effectively false errors were going to be quite expensive to source/replace but Nicky took it upon himself to call Alfa Romeo to see if there was any good will gestures available given I believed it had been caused by a design fault. Anyway, Alfa agreed to cover the vast majority of the repair and I saved myself just over £1,000 thanks to Nicky. ..To top it off they even cleaned the bird shite off my car. Would definitely use again!
