Very helpful indeed. Driving down the A82 back to Oxfordshire a Caravan took out the driver side mirror. Called the nearest VW van centre which happened to be this one. Jim in parts was extremely helpful and even offered to fit the mirror for us. Safley allowing us to contiue our journey home. Many thanks!

I had gone to the VW Van centre in Glasgow just to look as I was in process of changing my vehicle over . Chris Wallace was my point of contact , very courteous, light hearted , knowledgeable and expert in the field , I had informed him what I was looking for and then perused the forecourt . I found the ideal vehicle and promptly did the paperwork.! There were a couple of issues with the vehicle which had arisen after purchase , but I have to commend him he worked very hard to resolve them , as much as I was frustrated his patience was exemplary and I applaud him . All now is resolved and I’m very pleased with my purchase and on the whole I would highly recommend VW Glasgow and I wouldn’t hesitate returning to the dealer ship when it comes again to change my vehicle.

What a great team of people at Lookers Glasgow. I recently bought a used VW California and it was a brilliant experience from start to finish. Charlene who handled the sale was helpful and super friendly making a normally stressful experience one that was really pleasurable. It’s not everyday you buy a new vehicle and they made it feel really special. They even dropped a bottle of wine and card in the door when it was delivered. Chris, Ian, John and all the other staff were also fantastic. As for the van, it’s exceptional. Why I struggled with T2s for as long as I did, I’ll never know. The California Ocean has style and content together in one van.

Ordered a part for my Caddy. A replacement bulb holder. They said they would get it for me. I asked as I live in Falkirk could they mail it to me. No probs the guy said.
