Wow! This is how you run a business, I’ve recently purchased a vehicle off of North Coast Cars and I could not fault them one bit, from the initial phone call to book a viewing to the handing over (painfully) the cash at the end, the service was amazing! I could not fault Kevin or Scott one bit, they were both incredible to work with and very down to earth. The car itself also comes with a 6 month warranty as standard which is an incredible nice touch and adds to the peace of mind. Definitely will be back in the future! 10/10

Really good service. My car wasn't ready for the agreed time so they supplied me a (much better car) as a run around and filled it with fuel for me. When my car was finally ready it also came with fuel. After a couple of months my car failed to start. I called Kevin and it was fixed that day. Cannot fault the service. Great communication despite personal issues which must be such a hardship on Kevin. If everyone else gets half the service I received it would still be 10x better than any other dealerships I have bought from in my 20 years of driving. I'm overall happy with my car and would genuinely recommend North coast cars. Thanks

I wasn't having much luck with dealers exchanging my wee car for a towing vehicle. My budget was stressed to the max. Infact when Scott first contacted me after my midnight Google search I said I didn't think I could afford it. I'd had quiet a few false starts and affordable vehicles were like hens teeth. Turned out the advertised price was the actual price no cheeky extras. We viewed the car on Sunday I picked it up all beautiful and ready on the Wednesday. With loads of fuel not just a teaspoon either. Scott and Kevin were lovely to deal with even though Kevin was away in Glasgow as his son was poorly in hospital, finance and part exchange was sorted out effortlessly for me even though It wasn't straight forward for poor Kevin. Thank you so much I love my truck. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this local small business. Kevin's son was in hospital in Glasgow but Kevin sorted all the paperwork part exchange and finance really efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Plus I love my truck. Thank you both

North Coast Cars are easy to contact and very importantly ..they listen to the customer. Kevin and Scott delivered the car as agreed, were friendly and most importantly did not pressurise the client to purchase. Tina in the Dornoch office was also friendly and efficient. The car was well presented. A 6 month warranty plus roadside assistance comes with the car and did give assurance of a solid and reliable company to deal with. To conclude…these folks do what they say they will do and in my opinion are 10/10.

Could not fault these guys 1 bit. Speed of Service: Enquired Sunday night had a response by 10am Monday and viewing the same day, everything sorted within a week. Quality: Car was presented in excellent condition with detailed showcase of what was fixed, repaired or upgraded prior to signing any paperwork. Service: Top quality these guys kept me up to date the entire time, worked around my work schedule and even offered a drop of service that worked for me. All in all I have no faults or complaints. 6 month warranty is also good to offer for peace of mind. As you can see from below reviews considering the situation they are in, I would of still given a 5 star review if they had taken a week to get back to me these guys have the upmost respect and consideration to the customers!!

A top class service.. Kevin went above and beyond to help me get this car, contacted him about buying it one day and it was delivered all the way up to Thurso the next day with a fresh m.o.t having had all the brake pads and discs replaced complete new exhaust and some other little bits that needed done. He kept me well informed about all the work as it was taking place and when he was leaving on his way to deliver it. So over all its been a breeze from start to finish and I have a quality car that I am absolutely delighted with.. I can not praise Kevin and the team enough but I HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking for a quality used car with a fast friendly service Thanks guys I appreciate all you have done. 😁👍
