Very happy with my recent purchase from SMS, despite the vehicle being nine years old two small issues were dealt with promptly and without quibble by Alan and his team. Was confident enough to take the car on the two thousand mile trip to Seville and back and it never missed a beat. Recently bought a BMW Z4 from them, the service was great, always helpful always polite, i put the car through a service straight away and found out it was in as a good condition as they said. it has one issue with retracting the roof, called them up and with out any hesitation was happy to organize it to come in and get a sensor replaced. Honestly couldn't be happier with the way i was treated and the quality of the car.

My experience of purchasing with Scottish Motor Services was second to none. Due to work commitments, It made sense for me to source a car online. After searching through all of the major car sites I came across SMS. Their site was by far the best with regards to the quality of cars they had in stock. I found what I was looking for here. Net enquiry made which led to viewing the car. The Sales Executive I met with was Hugh Baird. He was tremendous & understood what great customer service should look like. Bought an Audi A4 from this dealer. They put the car through the MOT and spent a few hundred pounds on small jobs to make sure it passed. Unfortunatly only a day later there was a major issue with the car. The dealer was not at fault. I was told they would fix the car at there own loss. Low and behold the car didn't make it for the repair. Communication was kept between myself and the sales team. I was refunded the full amount. These things happen with older used cars but I was glad to have gone with Scottish Motor Services as they tried to rectify every situation.

Genuine friendly staff, no pressure just a good deal gave me £300 more than I’d previously been offered at another garage on a trade in. However it’s not until things go wrong that you really get to test a garage. I had an issue with the vehicle, no fault of the garage and was able to take it to a garage of my choosing because of the distance no quibble bill paid by Scottish motor services.

Took longer than originally expected for the car to be delivered but this was due to a terrifyingly long list of new parts being fitted to the car. When I spat the dummy out the management and sales team bent over backwards to make amends. Things go wrong, how they're fixed when they do makes all the difference. There's a picture on the wall in their show room showing what I assume is a father and son outside the building c1960s. It's a long standing business that cares about its reputation.
