Got a good Price for my old car as a part exchange and drove away in a very nice Leon mk2. I called about the car just over a week ago and John made the process very smooth, the car was ready when he said it would be and customer service was fantastic. Staff at the dealership were welcoming and I got to set up my Bluetooth etc while I waited for the finance to get sorted. Prices are very fair for the cars on display, I had a chance to have a look around and the cars are very tidy. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm looking for a car. It was really just a case of driving up, signing some documents and switching keys for my part exchange Would recommend to anyone due an upgrade or new car

Picked up Range Rover today happy with car. Only disappointment was when we were advised by John when we seen the car that if we applied for a "retention cert" we would have our private plate on the car when picking it up. We got the cert as advised but today we were told this was not the case, surely we both didn't miss hear him as we wouldn't have known what a retention cert was for??? 45 mins later changing insurance £35 and will be another £35 to change again.

Amazing garage. Very impressed. Bought a bmw as lock down was happening and the service was first class. Since taking it home had two issues. One was the touchscreen and Bluetooth was not working. Told John and he got a brand new one fitted. Then had a driving issue which again was sorted by the amazing staff. Must be noted this was fixed way after The warranty had expired due to lockdown which again was very decent of John. Really really impressed and actually can’t wait to go back in a couple of years to get another car. You won’t be disappointed at the choice, service and after care.

Customer service was ace. First time I have bought a car from anywhere other than Arnold Clark. I bought a Peugeot rcz..was put through an MoT and failed. Everything was fixed at no extra cost and I had 12 months MOT on car. Had a problem with the air conditioning after buying car. John booked the car in and it was fixed ,again for no extra cost. You defos wouldn't get this kind of service at a main dealership. Outstanding customer service. Defo return when looking for another car.

Surprisingly good experience. Having visited a competitor for my last car, I don't have a great deal of time for what I perceive as sleazy second hand car salesmen. The people here were different. Free drinks and wifi kept my kids happy, immediate test drive, all paper work quickly completed. The only bit I wasn't as keen on was waiting around for someone to be available to complete my order. That said, I was able to drive away immediately once complete and the after care has been exceptional. No hesitations recommending to friends and we'll use again.

Bought a merc from these guys a great experience. First walked in thought I was going to be hounded by sales people as you do when you walk into any dealership not in this one. One person came up to me and said if you need any assistance let me know, which is the approach that you need. Seen the car I liked needed a couple of things done to it which they done with no fuss. It's been a month now since I have had the car there was one minor issue that I had with the car that they had to address which they did. Great service and experience don't know if I would see them again as I like to keep my car until it drives no more but would recommend them. I was promised a free coffee if I was ever was passing by so might go in and claim it.

Good place to examine and see some cars. I have asked for two cars keys and the man gave me them. The cars were working and were clean. Seems to have a good service. I didn't buy a car because I would like to see another model that SR Motors did not have at that moment.

We hired a camper van from this place a month ago, and I cannot fault the service from having all the paper work set up and helping sort out insurance it was quick and easy to have it all set up and no hassle. The day we came to pick up the campervan we were given a run through on how the it works, they also left some helpful hints sheets that we could refer back to. I have already booked up for October week. Price is reasonable too.

Honestly a car sales manager who immediately made us feel very welcome, let us tour and explore the surprisingly massive choice of cars, from the road side you don't see what's behind the front display...we already had our eye on a VW seen on the website, but within 10 seconds and seeing what was behind the front we were looking at a choice of Audi's, mercs, BMW's, all at roughly same money...anyhows we stuck to our VW and it drove out gleaming like a shiny new penny, full years Mot and drives like a new car...it's what a car sales place should be in my opinion.
