Stephen was very friendly, pleasant to deal with and after inspecting the vehicle i did indeed get offered better than my online valuation and £500 more than arnold clark. Process was very quick and easy- less than 15minutes. All covid procedures were followed and I would be happy to deal with stephen again- as I said to him, my experience was night and day compared to that of a colleague at another branch. Only gripes (and its not the employees fault) is the fees- £75 admin fee and if you want faster payment they charge too. Otherwise would have been 5star.
