Woodville Car Sales after-sales service is fantastic! We bought a lovely secondhand estate car back in October 2021 and earlier this week (January 2022), there was a problem with one of the 'fittings' - not the garage's fault! However, even though they were not responsible for the 'fitting', they nevertheless replaced the 'fitting' ... and free of charge too!Thank you sincerely to all staff at Woodville Car Sales - you're great!! Highly recommend them!

I bought a Suzuki Splash from Woodville Car Sales in late December 2021. Very happy with the car and the customer service I received. As the previous reviewer mentioned, I also received a 15 month warranty with the car. They also delivered the car to my house to make things easier.

Spent £2000 on second hand car. All MOT fails and advisories fixed to high standard. Also got 15 month warranty instead of 12 month because of special November promotion. Treated like a customer . Was interested in a car but whilst it was being prepared a warning message appeared on the dashboard. The warning message could not be cleared so the sale was cancelled and was offered a great deal on another car which I accepted - great customer service
