Communications through out the process from booking to completion of the service were very good, very polite professional staff. The valet is a very nice addition to the service however mine was very much a Friday afternoon valet, a bit slap dash, done in a hurry, not good. I have had much better from you in the past. Having said that the car is running very much better and everything else was fault less.

Yesterday I drove home in a brand new Dacia Duster from this branch. I cannot fault them on the service I received from start to finish. Matt McBride gently and efficiently navigated us successfully from an initial enquiry regarding a second hand Duster to the new one we decided to purchase instead. He was very polite, helpful and considerate. Understandably, the car took nearly 4 months to arrive but we knew that early on and were kept updated throughout. Very competitively priced, listened to what we wanted/needed and was not pushy but efficient. We will go back in future to buy again. Thank you very much indeed 😊

I initially had a few problems in booking my vehicle into the right branch but this was soon rectified after contacting you again. I delivered my car accordingly and was supplied with the relevant information regarding the yearly service and MOT. I was contacted, as promised when the appropriate checks had been completed and collected my vehicle later in the afternoon, on the same day. I could not find any faults in the service and care provided.
