A.Very friendly team - And a stunning re- vamped show room. Had a chat with their head mechanic and he was very helpful regarding my Ateca. Plan on keeping my it for quite some time so very pleased they are based at this location
J. K.Bought my first car from here. A 2019 Seat Leon. Absolutely seamless and top class service from the get go. I did notice some damage under the bumper upon arriving home after collection that I'd missed on first inspection. I raised this with them and they offered to fix it no questions asked. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

I initially dealt with Tom (he was the person that replied to me when I left a message on the website). He passed my on to his colleague Conor who was the salesman I dealt with throughout the process of purchasing the vehicle.
Conor was professional and really helpful. He was always quick to respond to my emails and answer any questions that I had.
I will always recommend SEAT vehicles because of their style, value for money and build quality. But I will definitely recommend Heritage SEAT Gloucester to anyone that is looking for a new car :D
