Great service from the parts team 10/10. We needed a part to get an elderly customer of ours back on the road. We rang our local Mazda dealer in Worcestershire 4 times, left messages, no replies.
We rang Johnsons Gloucester, the parts guy was really helpful, the part we needed would be 2-3 day order, however he had a part in stock for one of his service bookings, so he let us have it and even delivered it to us next day which meant we could get our old boy back on the road.
Excellent attitude & service from the parts team, would certainly recommend them.

I need to say that I am really appreciated for Mazda to be helping me when my car had a serious fault down the M5. I wasn't even booked and they received me as I walked in. They checked the car, full diagnosis and the car was ready next day. Yes I paid the price for going to the main brand... but the next day another fault and another bill. I was surprised after the full diagnosis and them assuring me that everything was fine, and then having to go back in with a fault in a pump... and I paid the price. MOT with no advisories after that. Maybe it was just an odd coincidence 🤔 overall very good service customer, comunication before doing anything. I like that, you will pay it only if you agree.

We had occasion to visit Johnson's Mazda Gloucester while in the area as the wipers on our Mazda 3 stopped working (in a rain storm of course.!) They were extremely helpful and got the necessary obscure part delivered overnight so it could be fitted and we were on our way by 1030 the next day. They could not do enough to help us and to top it off did not charge us as part of their Goodwill policy applied to cars just out of warranty. They even cleaned the car inside and out too.!! Fantastic service and completely justifies why I've enjoyed owning Mazdas for thirteen years now.. (This was the first ever problem in all those years..) Special thanks to Sally Cooling at Johnson's and her expert advice on the part needed and especially on the nearest decent coffee shop to visit while we waited.. Highly recommended.!!! I am a new driver with my first car and don’t know much about cars so was quite anxious on arrival, the customer service team helped me feel more comfortable by taking the time to educate me on the process of which I booked and all the extras they include such as a full car wash inside and out, they stated that they also do a small video of a health check for the vehicle which works its way underneath my car which will display any potential issues or urgent ones I may not have picked up also what to look out for.
By this point I have already been to a fair few garages whom quotes for the same work over double the price as a minimum, after looking around for garages when I spoke with Johnsons Mazda Gloucester garage I stated the work I wanted complete which was for all the locking wheel nuts to be removed due to the key being threaded, in addition the two front tyres to be replaced (I had all the materials therefore the charges are for labour), the lady in customer service kindly assisted me not only had she advised me that there would be not set time for the work but that I would not be charged extra for timing.
The whole process was smooth I would recommend this dealership again, in a heartbeat, overall excellent experience.

I have owned my CX5 for a year now as today it had its first service. I’ve never had a brand new car before so didn’t know what to expect but I can not recommend Mazda Gloucester enough. Chris the collection and delivery driver was prompt and very professional. Later in the day I received an email from Chelsey the service manager telling me my vehicle health check was attached. Jeremy my technician explained what he was looking at. He was very clear and it was easy to understand. Payment was made for the service carried out with ease and efficiency. Chris then delivered my car back to me all clean and sparkling inside and out. He explained all the paperwork and left with a cheery goodbye. The packet of love hearts attached to my paperwork were a lovely touch. Thank you very much Mazda Gloucester for looking after my car and me today.

The service I received was fantastic. The work was completed on time and I was kept informed throughout the day of what needed doing. First experience of this Dealership :Car booked for Safety Recall Notice with minimum delay or fuss. Appointment was a 'wait' on an estimate for 90 minutes.
Just enjoyed a cup of coffee and catch up on e-mail when informed car was ready (and a free wash and clean) in under an hour!

Johnsons Mazda Gloucester were fantastic because the salesman Ross actually did everything he said he would do. So there were a couple of scratches on the rear bumper of the car when I first viewed it. Ross said "I will put it through our paint shop, and have it sorted properly". He did exactly that. Due to a changeover date issue, where I would lose a months road tax, Ross said that in compensation he would fill the car with petrol. He did exactly that. In the past, I have had experiences where salesmen made promises and then wriggled out of them later. This didn't happen with Ross at Johnson's Mazda, and that gives me the confidence to buy from them again.
