The team, especially Chantelle, are friendly, helpful and provide excellent customer service. With the numerous car dealers I have dealt with over the years, I can say the team here are one of the best I have encountered as they genuinely want to help the customer. Keep up the great work.

Clearly, they are in the business of selling cars, but personally I didn't feel unduly pressured during the process. P. F.Excellent service at Johnson’s Volvo, collected my car for a service and kept in touch when it was ready to deliver back. The car had been washed and valeted which was an extra bonus. Went back the next day to have my phone put on and it was no trouble for them all. Will always go back to Johnson’s.
N. W.Great service from Volvo Assistance and Johnson’s Volvo Gloucester when my V40 had a coil spring break on the suspension. Breakdown mechanic correctly identified what had happened and recovered to Johnson’s who repaired it over Friday afternoon/Saturday morning. Mark provided regular updates and organised a courtesy car via Volvo Assist for me. From me calling breakdown to call to say fixed and ready to collect was 25 hours which was impressive.
D. P.The experience at Johnsons Volvo Gloucester was great, there was no hard sell, we were allowed to look over all the cars in the showroom without a sales person checking our progress. When it came time for a test drive, again we were allowed to conduct this ourselves. That said the sales team were there when we needed them and were very knowledgeable about the cars and the sales and warranty options, so we always felt we were being looked after and valued as a customer....all in all a very good experience, which I can fully recommend

I came on the wrong day due to my own mistake and they were still willing to accomodate me and service my car that day. They returned it to me clean and even did their best to vacuum out the accumulated dog hair that never seems to end. Excellent service and thank you! I will return for my next service.
