Jake has just applied a 3-year ceramic coating to my new car, including a coating for the glass and wheels. I was a bit apprehensive at first because I knew nothing about ceramic coatings and even less about Jake, and the car was already brand new and in pristine condition. However, the result turned out to be excellent. The paintwork looks and feels extremely glossy and even the glass is now glossier than normal glass, which I would have thought impossible. Most importantly, there’s no sign that anything has been done: the coating is perfectly smooth and uniform. The car will get dirty eventually but I’m hoping that the coating will make it easy to wash off without affecting the paintwork. Only time will tell whether that works in practice!

I own a 62 plate LandRover Discovery. Really nice car but It had too many little nicks and fine scratch marks on the body. Read about having the car decontaminated with a deep clean, machine polished and a 3 year ceramic finish applied. Spoke to Jake, fantastic personal service. Answered all my nerdy questions! Very patient. Took it to his place of work, returned that evening, OMG! It is like new!! The ceramic finish creates a lustre to the paintwork as if it’s been lacquered. All the annoying fine scratches have disappeared, the black work and silver work on the car is like new. When I run my hand over the bodywork, I don’t get the grainy dirt texture anymore from years of ingrained dirt. The finish is smooth to the touch with a shine lustre to it. He’s done a proper job and as you can tell I am delighted.
