I ordered my F Pace in August 2021 and took collection last week. I am over the moon with my purchase. Matthew MILLS and Phil GRATY are both worth their weight in gold!! I've popped in a few times for parts. They are extremely fast at getting bits in, normally next day. Yesterday, I popped in for some service work/issues. I dealt with Jason and he was phenomenal. I had some issues with parking sensors and emissions. Instead just replacing the whole parking sensor (which I am sure most dealers would), he was able to source a small part that made the repair substantially cheaper. I will be going back there for my annual service and I suggest you do to.
Update: I have been back in a few times with minor issues for a different Jaguar, and while a few people have moved on from the dealership, the service is still unbelievably excellent. Richard and Sam have been incredibly good with me and always been available to answer questions. Can't wait until they open their new premises.

The service here is very hit and miss. I had booked an appointment for a test drive two weeks in advance via the receptionists. I was told when I left my details that this would be no problem as the diary was clear for that weekend and I would be contacted when a member of the sales team were free. This did not happen.
I received a call on the Friday of the weekend in question. When I was eventually contacted and explained to the salesman why he was calling me (!) I told it was short notice to arrange a test drive for the weekend in question. I told him the facts and that I was unhappy with the bad service I had received, he conferred with a sales manager.
Eventually a test drive was arranged for the Sunday. Despite all the previous hassle when I arrived for my appointment (a time arranged on the Friday for Sunday morning), the salesman was not available for my test drive and an alternative one was found last minute after I arrived.
This salesman was lovely and helpful and did manage to take me out on the test drive, arrange for me to test drive another vehicle on a weekday the following week and remain in regular contact.
Considering the price of the vehicles that this company are selling, they need to work considerably on their customer service.
Both myself and other family members have had bad experiences when attempting to, or actually buying vehicles here.

Cannot fault the service team here, especially Jackie! I took my car in during COVID-19 lockdown with what I thought was one minor issue and it turned out to be a few major issues. They identified them all and got it fixed and constantly kept me updated as well as advising me on my warranty options.
They saved me over £4 grand in repairs and I still cannot thank them enough. Not only will I be taking my car there from now on I will buy another car from them again with their dedication and service.

I took my XJ6 in for the air suspension to be checked.The woman on reception, [ Jackie i think ? ] suggested as I had recently purchased the car it could be in my best interest,to give the car a health check though their workshop.
This revealed several items that needed attention. Because I had not booked in for this service, I needed to leave my car with them for the day.
I was then given a cup of coffee, while I waited for a lift home.
A quarter of an hour latter, a very smart gentleman took me to a new jaguar, and drove me home.[10 miles ]
This service goes far beyond what anyone could expect, This is service at its very best.

Fantastic service yesterday. I had a number of error messages came up on my XF whilst driving up to a funeral. My brother phoned for me to see if Heritage Jaguar could have a quick look at my car. I was only at the garage for 20 minutes, Richard the Service Manager sorted my car out within minutes and explained the error messages to me. The lovely receptionist knew who I was as soon as I walked into the dealership and made me tea. Absolutely 5 star service and exactly what I needed. Many thanks.

I recently took my XF in to Heritage Jaguar for a service and MOT. I generally only visit the dealership once a year, for this type of work and this year it was all change since last year under Stratstone.
The service went off without a hitch, but I had booked online and there was a slight glitch, which meant that when I went to pick the car up the MOT had not been done The staff were very apologetic and I believe the fault lay with the JLR online booking system rather than the dealership. It was agreed that the car would be left overnight and the MOT conducted the following day.
The following afternoon when I picked the car up the dealership had a very pleasant surprise for me. The previous day the health check of the car had picked up that 3 of the tyres, whilst still legal, would need replacing soon. On arrival at the dealership I discovered that they had negotiated replacement of the 3 tyres free of charge !! To say that I was pleased would be an understatement since the tyres cost about £160 each.
A very big thank you to Jackie, Richard and Jason in the Aftersales & service team. Also to Ted who drove me to and from the dealership.
All in all very good service from an excellent team.

We stumbled across Jaguar in Cheltenham today and asked for help. We were miles from home and had been waiting for 9 hours for roadside assistance which never came. We cannot describe sufficiently how wonderful the staff were. Not only did they prioritise our vehicle (Ben the mechanic is a credit to Jaguar) but they gave us coffee, kept us comfortable, allowed us to use their facilities and showed us the humanity that we needed after 24 hours without sleep and being let down by a popular national breakdown service. Went to another car dealer the same day looking for a new vehical. Dropped in on Jaguar Cheltenham on the way past just to look.
