We dropped in without an appointment and Wayne treated us all so well, took us through the stock options and offered honest opinions.
The result - we left 2 hours later having signed the paperwork for the new car.

We popped in on the off chance on Saturday and dealt with Cashia, she is fab, super friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond, even contacting us on her day off. Not only looking after myself and my partner but keeping a 6 and 8 year old occupied with hot chocolate and biscuits! I had been interested in the new Land Rover 110 for the past year or so.
After driving past Land Rover Cheltenham And spotting the very Defender I was after I decided on a test drive.
Wow, ! it was the one for me, but unfortunately out of my price range, I had been told it was there demo. So not for sale,
The following weekend I took my son over to show him my dream car.
With this The sales lady, Cashia, came out and gave me the time, Cashia gave my trusted shogun an honest valuation for part exchange.
she explained how it maybe possible for me to afford this new car.
I went home and did the maths.
Cashia took a small refundable deposit whilst I thought about it.
She was right. She also made it possible for me to purchase the very defender I had test driven.
I am now driving around In what I class as the best 4wd ever built.
The french have opened there borders! impulsively I will be driving to the french alps this weekend for a weeks snow boarding!

After a shaky start where the demo car I was promised was unavailable Ed Skyes looked after me impeccably during the sale process, and I managed to get a great deal on a car I am very happy with - and if I stay with the brand I would certainly ask for Ed.
Couple of gripes though, car was missing the Data sim needed for the functions to work fully, I was never told this and only noticed when playing with settings a few days after collection - more concerning was the lack of response from Ed, final email still hasn't received a reply - 4 weeks and waiting - which is strange as when I was a potential customer Ed did not miss a chance to reply.
Also, I have now had the car for one month, no contact at all from the dealer asking how its all going - as an ex Audi (Bristol) owner, I was used to still feeling like a valued customer even after I left the showroom with my car, not just when they buttering me up for a sale.

Having been so worried about buying a car due to Covid 19 I can highly recommend this dealership. They wore masks and gloves and still kept their distance! I’m giving them 10/10 for customer service! The car had two tiny marks on the roof lining and I only mentioned it, the next minute off the car went to get the marks removed! From dealing with Richard Collins the manager, who works on his day off and went way out of his way to help me! Last week I had my car in at Range Rover for its scheduled service, I previously had used dealer in Swindon as close to my workplace but because of the unprecedented times (WFH) I booked into Cheltenham Landrover. My expectations were not high, not because of experience or reputation but social distancing restrictions, i.e. staffing levels, no courtesy cars available or personal transfer to place of work or home. Appointment was made using the online web chat service, which was quick and easy (Skye called back to confirm details). I will point out that I had tried to call but the lines were either busy or dropped as soon as they got picked up. I only comment on this as I saw on a previous review someone having an issue. It struck me there might be a problem with telephone lines so I noted on their webpage they had online chat service!
The day before the service I received a check-in email, confirming service cost and arrival procedures. A check-in time slot is given & requests to wear face masks. On arrival they had all the correct distancing procedures in place (not all customers were adhering to them!), staff wore gloves when entering my car. Mark reviewed the car & explained I might get a call following the Service Health Check inspection. A phone call was received mid-morning about findings, all as anticipated having had previous Range Rover services. The actual quality of the service has not change. Not long after lunch Mark called to say Service was completed and car that was available for collection. I explained that I found it more practical to leave the car there most of the day & collected after 5pm. On collection Mark took me through the inspection findings, removing all protective coverings. I had noted when checking-in online they highlighted that it may not be possible to valet the car as is the norm on Services, to my surprise it was washed & vacuumed which was much appreciated.
All in all a very pleasant experience!

After an initial enquiry from us we have received first class customer service from the team at Heritage from start to finish.
An email sent by me last Saturday evening prompted a reply at 09.25pm to acknowledge my enquiry and promising further contact when the dealership opened the following morning at 10.00am. By 09.30 the following morning Ben Haynes had already recorded and emailed a personal video presentation, followed up by a very competitive quote to purchase the vehicle. We spoke later and he was very accommodating with our short notice request to visit the showroom in an hour or so.
Upon arriving we met Ben and were introduced to Adam B, who was friendly and dealt with us very professionally, without any feeling of high pressure sales. He was also incredibly patient with our two fidgety children!
The end result, we purchased a beautiful car, were made to feel at ease and treated respectfully and professionally. I would highly recommend dealing with these guys and I certainly look forward to future dealings.

We have a Range Rover Autobiography Sport. The car developed a water leak from the catch area of the boot. The car kept saying "low battery". So we took it in. Courtesy car arranged. Six days later, no update calls and fed up of the courtesy car (which was very dirty inside!), I went in and got our car back. I'd personally called them for an update three times. Heritage had tested it and it came up as a "fail". On getting the car back, my Husband ran several tests on the battery to see if it was ok. It was (supposedly) ok. Took the car elsewhere (lost faith in their ability to diagnose the issues correctly) and had a new battery fitted. Car ran fine but we still had the issue of the leaking catch. Took it back in a few weeks later (after Christmas) and explained that we had ourselves tried to find where the water was coming in. We poured jugs of water over the back windscreen to see where the water was coming in as we had been advised on the first drop off of the car that the seal may have gone and it would therefore need to be rebedded. To do this however, we were told that we'd have to pay for a new window (£300) just in case the original broke when being taken out. As you can imagine, we weren't happy about this as it was not confirmed that this was the definate cause. When the car went in after Christmas, we explained this to the guy looking after us. No one could find the fault until they then took the boot apart and noticed verdigris on the wiring. Apparently the wiring was fused together. We were quoted £700 to sort it out. This must have been an issue prior to us buying the car as we had not had access to the wiring (it's under the panel). The car was bought from Heritage as a three year old car with a warranty. However, this issue was not covered. Again, not happy with the problem, we asked to speak to someone higher. Jake Ocean was our new point of contact and I have to say, once we explained everything to him, he was very helpful. He took on everything we had to say. Jake showed us a photo of the offending wiring and explained a new catch would be required. In a bid to gain our confidence back as a customer, if we were prepared to pay for the catch, he would provide the labour free of charge to fit it. This is what happened and we are now happy customers as the car went back in for the catch to be fitted, and we got the car back the same day. It is clear that Jake is determined to raise the level of service to a much higher level than has been with Stratstone and now Heritage over the last few years. Thank you Jake for looking after us.

I dealt with James Sadler this time who was a consummate professional from start to finish and every attention that I needed was made with enthusiasm. I have had dealings with the service department over the last year or so and a particular mention must go to Sam Rambaut who is a credit to Heritage. We have visited this branch a handful of times to have a look around for a new and bigger car. Having suffered a minor but irritating fault on my Discovery Sport [the O/S cover strip for the roof bars kept coming off] Heritage sorted it properly, straightaway. Wish we could use them more! We were travelling through on our way to Devon when unluckily our adblue indication light came on. After googling the closest dealership we rang them up, thankfully we were told we could just pop it in without a booking which we did. Although we have a service plan and so would get this top up for free, Lily did all she could to get us back on the road as soon as possible.
