I recently bought a BMW 116d after going to look at a few different options on sale at Nick King. I was left to look around the forecourt with no pressure from the salesman, and once I had seen the car I liked the look of a test drive was no problem at all. I couldn't fault the car, the only issue I could find was the tracking being off which wasn't an issue for them to put right. Upon them sending the car for it's service/MOT/health check they found a fault with the ABS system which I hadn't picked up on during the test drive. Collecting the car took a little longer than expected as they had to get parts in, but I was just happy they were rectifying an issue that a lot of places may have ignored. They even went as far as to accommodate me with a courtesy car to keep me on the road whilst the repairs took place. The salesman who I dealt with, Phil, was very friendly and very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again.

First of all. The man dealing with me who was Karl was pretty rude. As a young person he didn’t want to give me the time of day. I had concerns over the timing chain in the BMW which is a very common problem for N47 engines. Which he instantly shot down and told me I was incorrect even though it’s a very common and know fault with those engines. When it comes to the car itself ( which I think Karl was even shocked I bought as he definitely thought I was wasting his time) it’s amazing. Hasn’t skipped a beat in almost 12 months. Can not fault it. That’s why I’m giving 3 stars. The sales reps need a better attitude towards customers. As buying a new car is a big deal to most people but they made it feel like they wanted you in and out as quick as possible. I hope they can improve on this.

Bought a car from these guys in September 2021 and can honestly say it's the first time I felt a dealership wasn't ripping me off or was only interested in getting my money as quickly as possible. They put the car to one side for me the night before after an initial enquiry as I was over an hour's drive away. They let me look all around, underneath, inside and out then said to take it out, see what it's like and just gave excellent customer service. Warranty was a nice touch but luckily never needed to use it as the car was fantastic. I would highly recommend using Nick King for a car purchase.

Picked up my car yesterday (a 2015 VW Scirocco) and I am so happy with the service provided by Nick King Car Sales. The whole process of buying the car was extremely simple I initially was interested in a different car but was told about this one when calling up as the other had sold. The whole process of buying the car was completed within a week. Really pleased with service. Purchased a car from them but asked for some minor blemishes to be fixed which they did. Unfortunately the blemishes reappeared and they fixed them again. They came back again, but this time Nick King (Geoff) put a new bonnet on. Of course they should have fixed these problems but they did so without quibble each time. Also they fixed an annoying rattle which was quite hard to find, again no quibble. I cannot recommend they high enough.

2 minutes ago Fantastic After Sales Support Found a car on autotrader, went to look at it, exactly as described with excellent sales help so I bought it. Unfortunately when driving home the under tray broke due to damage that was undetected at pick up (no ones fault). Contacted Jeff in aftersales who was extremely helpful, the damage went further than first thought and was quite an expensive fix. However the car went back and all damage was repaired at no cost to me and with the minimum of hassle (including a loan car whilst mine was off the road) Had I bought this car from a private seller with no aftersales support I'd have been facing a big bill, so I would highly recommend paying a little extra and getting a car from Nick King Car Sales. The aftersales support available is fantastic, highly recommend!

As I am sure everyone is aware, purchasing a second hand car is always a bit of a lottery, regardless of private or from a garage. We bought two BMW's totalling 18k from Nick King which may not sound a lot to some but was for us. My partners car was and still is a dream to drive but I did have issues with mine, even though it had less miles on and was newer. As always I had the standard warranty but these guys went above and beyond to get things right for me. Geoff is an absolute pleasure to deal with and I am almost glad things went a little wrong due the the relationship we now have with them. Both Rob and Nick who are the owners were always polite and friendly, Geoff was always on hand for reassurance and the whole experience has been a pleasure from start to finish, regardless of the issues. Nothing is ever too much for them and I would highly recommend buying from these guys. My car is now perfect and we really could not be happier with the outcome. I bought a BMW 3 series from Nick King Car Sales and although the car had some issues, which I must stress where unapparent, Jeff and the team were more than helpful. I could not have asked for a more friendly and efficient service; they provided me with a courtesy car for several weeks while the work was under taken on my car, throughout the entire process they kept me updated regularly and couldn't be more apologetic for any inconveniences - which were really not any fault of their own. I received the car back in the excellent condition in which I first got it from them and was not asked for a penny toward the works. Arrived at Nick King car sales in Gloucester for a look around and had a couple of cars in mind. Went to the office where I met Adam who gave me the keys for the car I was interested in and left me to it for a good look around. Didn’t feel pressured into buying anything and felt relaxed. I asked for a few bits to be done to the car before I collected it and these were all done when I arrived to collect. Overall - I’m very pleased with my car and very pleased with the customer service i received from Adam at the dealership. This is the second car we’ve bought from Nick King Car Sales and It probably won’t be the last. UPDATE: Car developed a knocking sound from the front end in which I was sure of the cause - a worn top strut bearing. Geoff from the team was very helpful and without question, instructed the garage to carry out the necessary repairs. Nice to experience good after sales care. Top Job Geoff!

I had a good idea of the car (an Audi TT) I wanted, and after visiting Nick and discussing my requirements, he quickly found a suitable car for me. The car was delivered to Gloucester within a few days, and within a week it was mine! Nick and his team were professional, trustworthy and reliable. They had good knowledge of the car, gave advice and suggested ideas, and then delivered on everything they promised. Little extras, such as touching up the alloys, were gratefully received. And the car looks fantastic and drives like a dream!

I went to Nick Kings looking for a Toyota, specifically. I was greeted by Alex Cox who showed me their relevant stock, and he was patient while I thought about which car to test drive. We went for a drive down the dual carriage way, and was given plenty of time to test the car, it felt like a good strong car. I was pleased with the car, and wanted to buy it, but hadn't done the finance thing before so Alex talked me through how all that worked. He was friendly and professional and the other men in the cabin were chatty and made me feel comfortable about buying this car (I usually have a friend or relative with me when buying cars, but this time i didn't and was a little anxious about being ripped off). So we sent off the relevant checks for the finance deal, and I went home. The next day Alex rang me to confess he had found a large crack in the wind shield that I had not noticed on the test drive, I said I wasn't going to haggle on price but I did want the car to be fit and ready for the road - tax, MOT etc, and could he take care of the wind shield? Which he did do, without question. I picked up my car a few days later, in mint condition, and I have had no problems with it what so ever. I feel I have had a very good service from Nick Kings, and Alex Cox made sure all my needs and worries were seen to.

Dropped in on the off chance that Nick could take a quick look and advise. After a few days of having the car, I had what I could only explain as a total nightmare, when I had a problem with the car and struggled to find a local garage to fix the problem. We bought a lovely BMW from nick king back in Oct 2019. Yesterday 13th March 2020 the car started juddering and the engine management light started flashing. I managed to drive to nick kings garage were in the office was two men doing there paper work. I explained what had happened and without any problems or concerns they offered me a curtesy car and said that Jeff who deals with that side of things will look at it first thing tomorrow morning. Around 10 o’clock today Saturday 14th March Jeff phoned me to say that my car had been sorted out and was ready to be picked up. Yesterday I felt like a damson in distress it was cold,wet and I had my 4 year old grandson with me and I was stressed out to the hilt. Not knowing what to do I took the car back to where I bought it and the help I received was first class, there was no sorry madam your have to come back Monday or we’ll it’s Friday afternoon and we nearly closing they were gentlemen and put my mind at ease. It’s nice to know that places like this do exist and it’s good to know they were happy to help me. These guys gave me a fantastic price on my PX, and even offered to come and pick it up for me as it wasn't 100% clear if it would be drive-able by the time I picked up my new car, they also took the car form Cinderford to Gloucester for me to collect as it was easier to get to. I did have an issue of the battery needing to be replaces after only a couple of weeks however Colin in Cinderford offered to fully reimburse me for the battery without the slightest hint of hassle. all round a fantastic experience from start to finish.
