First of all, I got a great car for a great price. I've been driving it for a couple of months now and I'm really happy. I've been keen to leave this review because of the customer service I received from Tom though. Approachable throughout, I found it comfortable to ask questions and ask about what I needed. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond to resolve any issues. There was a problem with the key and Tom took full responsibility and a lot of time and effort to ensure that I got exactly what I needed. Great experience for me so I would recommend Quayside Cars.

Great experience with Tom. As I work long hours in the hospital and find it difficult to get anywhere during working hours he brought the car I was interested in to my workplace so I could test drive it in my lunch break. Very knowledgeable about his cars. The checks performed on the car were comprehensive and I was very impressed they changed the cambelt, brake pads and brake fluid. I love my new car and feel confdent if anything goes wrong there won't be an issue putting it right under the generous warranty. We'll definitely be back when it's time to replace our other car and will be recommending to anybody else looking for a quality used car. I'm so happy that I chose quayside cars to purchase a car. Tom was very friendly and super helpful with any queries I had. I was allowed to test drive the car and fell in love with it.
