Paul was really nice with us explaining every detail about the car and finance and we finally bought a Peugeot 308. The car was really clean inside and outside and came with 1 year mechanical part warranty and service MOT and rescue service as well. He call us a few days later to know if we were happy with the car and yes we were and we are.

Excellent service from the service staff at Gloucester! My local garage couldn’t fix my van, but the ladies at warners had my van back up and running within 3 days !! The prices are very competitive especially for a main dealership. I felt very welcome and will definitely recommend them.

I purchased my new 208 from Peugeot Gloucester. I could not of asked for a better service. The staff I engaged with were genuine and personable, they weren't forcing a sale towards me and you can actually have a natural conversation with them. I had been to many other manufacturers prior to this with Peugeot being the last on the list in all honesty, but as soon as I visited Peugeot Gloucester and was greeted by Matt Davies who showed me the 208 - I was sold there and then. Matt had a non pushy and honest approach when it came to selling the car, and was just human as oppose to other garages where everything felt a little forced and robotic with only their sale in mind. Nick was also another sales advisor there which greeted me when I collected the car, and again he was also really kind and genuine. Customer service and Peugeots new build quality is fantastic!! Would definitely recommend paying them a visit.

My car broke down hundreds of miles from home on bank holiday weekend. Warners were open on Sat and my poor car was taken on a trailer for them to fix. They were great, keeping me informed as to how it was going so I could come back and collect it. Really friendly service and my car is now running excellently. Took my car for its first MOT at warners Gloucester, I can't thank the staff enough as they went above and beyond, from making me coffee to sorting out my car troubles, all covered by the warranty, also they didn't have a courtesy car so they even helped me to pick up my son from school, drop me off at home and even pick me up when my car was ready, plus the car had a free car wash! I have to say that Gill and Wendy are a credit to the company as they have made what could of been an extremely stressful day to a positive experience and I would highly recommend them to everyone 5 star 😊 Plus a final thank you to Ron for fixing my car and its mot, I am extremely grateful for sorting everything out so quickly so I was not without my car for long, I can now get to work tomorrow lol 😂
