I suppose that the measure of a good car is when you trade your car in for the same make. Another measure is your own occupation and if that is in the car design industry it reinforces this decision. But the last must be are you happy with the dealership, their professionalism and friendly approach. All of these measures met, would recommend Gravells Kia Hereford to anyone, in fact already have done! First long trip in my Soul EV, mixed roads from lanes to motorways and 290 mile range! Colin

Excellent family owned Kia dealership! We were looking for a Kia Sportage and contacted Gravells in Hereford. From the initial phone call with the Sales Executive Sam we were very impressed. He was friendly, efficient and extremely helpful and set us up with a test drive later that day - Monday afternoon. We were so impressed with the car and the deal that Sam offered us that we bought the car. Couldn't believe it but it was ready for us to drive away on the Wednesday morning- the fastest, stress free car purchase we've ever experienced. It wasn’t until finding Gravells of Hereford that the complexities and frustrations of buying an ‘almost new’ car started to resolve themselves and my ‘wants’ transitioned into a reality. Gravells sourced ‘my’ car from their large inventory elsewhere in the Gravell network and met their promise to get me ‘on the road’ in time for my holiday in spite of me losing the original V5 from the car I was trading in (which incidentally I was given a very good price for). It’s so nice to come across a car dealer that treats you like a human being and actually listens to your needs rather than try to sell you something that they think is right. From the beginning of my enquiry to the purchase and subsequent delivery of my vehicle it could not have gone better. We had a problem with our Sportage, when driving from Oxford to Ross on Wye towing a caravan, so called in to Gravells. They plugged it in to their computer to find the fault & Ben pinpointed it toward the turbocharger, reset the warning lights & told us if we drove carefully it would get us back home, which was all we needed to hear. The lady & gentleman on the service desk (sorry we didn't get your names) were extremely helpful, even giving us tips as to where to visit whilst in Herefordshire! Purchased a Kia picanto X line 22 plate, it came up with a low tyre pressure sign, all of sudden randomly while driving on motorway back to London from the showroom, checked the tyres, they all fine, can’t seem to figure out what the issue is, need to take to the Kia garage, I am disappointed, I was told the only difference between a GT LINE and X LINE is the heated seats and sunroof. The X line is also without cruise control. If I knew this I would of gone for the GT line. Saying that Dion, my god, had an amazing car purchase experience, full of smiles and extraordinary customer service, everything was on point from beginning to end. Thank you so so so much. 11/10. Also Stephan kick started the process with no tension, completely hassle free and stress free. Everyone at the showroom is really friendly, welcoming, offering complimentary and also went above and beyond, where I got picked up from the train station. My wife and I purchased a used Kia Niro last week from Gravells in Hereford after deciding that we wanted a larger car than we had been previously owned in order to offer our grandchildren a better degree of safety when transporting them. Soon after arriving at Gravells and after browsing their stock, a salesman (named Alan) asked if he could help. His advice in assisting us to select a suitable Kia model ( the Niro) was very helpful. Alan and his more senior colleague, Stefan, then searched Gravells' stock of Niro cars and highlighted a shortlist of possible cars, also explaining different payment methods for us to consider. There was no hard sell and all of the cars shortlisted were within the price range we had specified. The following week we visited Gravells again to try out the car we had expressed a preference for, eventually confirming our purchase. The service we were provided was friendly, welcoming and supportive, indeed to such a degree that when we next decide to change our vehicle, Gravells will be the first motor dealership we will call upon. Where do I start?? We are on holiday in Malvern and the exhaust on my 12 month old Kia went. The AA came out and said that I couldn’t make the 2 hour journey home, and said I would need to get the weld repaired before I could do anything. After lots of calls to various Kia garages, I got through to Kia Hereford and spoke to Mark in service, possibly the most helpful, kindest person I have ever met at a Kia garage. When we got there, we were greeted with smiles, coffee, cuddles for my dog, treats for the children and immediately my mind was put at rest. They were patient and offered so many solutions to help me get back on the road, fantastic service, incredible staff, friendly, warm and eager to help. Tracey was wonderful with our children, she even let our youngest daughter play on her phone and gave them some colouring to do. If every Kia garage in the country was like this, there would be a lot more happy customers.
