I would just like to say i am very pleased with harry the salesman dealing with the purchase of a corsa e a smooth as silk transaction the car was much cheaper that i found elsewhere i found that harry went out his way to really communicate all my concerns paper work collection etc, as i travelled down from nottingham to collect. all in top 5***** service would highly recomend by the way if i had problems with this company or any others you would be reading about them here so credit where credits due top company harry thank you !!!!

I wanted to leave a review to thank Hartwell Hereford for amazing customer service from start to end whilst purchasing my new car. Kuda was extremely helpful and explained everything to me in detail. I am not an expert in cars plus this was my first proper experience of buying from a dealership and it was great. I even bought my parents along and Kuda answered all my dad’s questions. My parents could not stop saying how happy they were on the way back home. I’ve been to many dealerships in the past couple of months and it’s safe to say that most of them had this pushy sales technique and there’s always hidden charges. However , Kuda from Hartwell Hereford was patient, informative, transparent and absolutely lovely. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a new car to visit the Hartwell Hereford Branch. Excellent service, the car was as described, and I have had no issues so far. I travelled down to Hereford from Cheshire as they had low rate finance of 4.9% APR which was better than anything else I could find at the time. Kuda, the Salesman was extremely helpful throughout the purchase and made the process very easy. Before deciding to make the long-distance journey, Kuda sent me detailed videos of the vehicle to make sure I was happy with it. He went through all the documents and made sure I brought everything I needed to trade in my old car. I would recommend you ask for Kuda if you're looking to buy a vehicle from Hartwells as he goes above and beyond.

Very clean showroom, masks worn by all staff & hand sanitizer used between customers. Test drive car was clean & offered up to 30 minutes to test. No pressure from sales advisor to make my sign.
