Very helpful friendly dealership. Kristian Smart was very helpful and absolutely no pressure. I had to pressure him as I'm impatient and wanted to take the car immediately (which I did) I initially just phoned to ask a few questions about the car and Kristian did me a personal video of the car. All staff were very polite and friendly and nice coffee. Would definitely recommend.

I’m always well looked after by the team at Hyundai in Hereford, whether it’s the lovely Rachael on sales (if you need a car this is the girl you need to see, incredibly helpful and nothing too much trouble) or Sam on service ( Sam provides me with hot coffee and good chat whilst looking after the car!) and lastly I must mention Ryan as he is always happy to collect and deliver back my car after service. I have just purchased a Hyundai Tucson N Line hybrid from this dealership and the whole experience was excellent. Charlotte Parker was superb to deal with - very efficient in providing a quote and coming up with a great deal to change my car. She found the car I wanted in the exact colour and spec that was in stock and available for a quick delivery. No waiting for months needed. The car was delivered as promised and handover was excellent. It is a brilliant car and tremendous value. I have changed from a Q5 and the Tucson has better tech, better acceleration and is more efficient as well as having a quality interior and in N Line spec it looks really good. I would recommend Charlotte and the Hereford dealership for good service and for the quality and value for money of the cars. The Tucson is a lot of car for the money. I was facing a very large repair on my car and was really surprised that the prices quoted by Marshall Hyundai were cheaper than any other garage in the area - this is much appreciated, especially from a main dealer. I was looked after from the start - a warm welcome from the guys in the showroom, and I was kept up to date with the progress of my work. The work also came with a handy link to see what stage I was at, and it was nice to see a job update and pricing for recommended optional work online for me. Video walkthrough of the health check is a nice touch (although I wasn't able to view the whole thing, which may have been an unfortunate one off). The courtesy car was invaluable too. Thank you for taking care of me and the car. I'll be more than happy to come back for future work.

I made contact with Marshall Hyundai at Hereford having seen an ad for a Hyundai Tucson Ultimate at a good price. I dealt with Dave Duggan who went above and beyond what any other dealership did to accommodate me and from his determination to help I placed an order for the Tucson Ultimate. I cannot thank Dave Duggan enough for his efforts and although I have a trip from Nottingham to Hereford to collect the car the experience has been excellent. There are only 5 stars on these reviews but I’d give 10.

I did have gap however :). I needed something bigger as I carry a lot of cargo for my job and I emailed Dan to try and find me a suitable car which he then came back to me and told me that he was now in Hereford which is easier for me as its closer. He recommended the i40 estate which was perfect for me.
As expected was a great experience yet again and will always buy my cars from Motorline and especially Dan as he really listens to your needs and requirements I wasn't shown 12 different cars just the one that suits my requirements. Will 110% recommend.

I was looking a Hyundai i30 with certain specifications and within certain budget and found the car I wanted with them so emailed them and received a reply from William Farr(Will) who was very helpful and polite and unlike other car dealers I dealt with was open minded while I dealt with others in other garages who were abrupt and would not give and take. I travelled by train from Surrey and Will arranged for someone to pick me at Hereford station and take me to the garage.
As I travelled long distance, I needed to finish the sale in one day and take the car which Will kindly arranged and I took the car back home with me the same day.
Also after sale service was excellent as I contacted Will asking for the car manual which was missing and he immediately sent me a chip (containing manual instructions) by post at no extra charge.
After some time I didn't receive car registration document from DVLA so contacted Will and he contacted DVLA himself and asked them to send me the registration document as DVLA were responsible for losing it.
In summary This is an excellent dealer and Will is an excellent salesman and very nice to deal with. I would buy from them again even though they are 3 or 4 hours away from me.

We popped into Marshall's over the new year to update our cars service record and to enquire about the Tuscon. We were looked after by Rachael Fitton who updated the service record for our car and let us have a good uninterrupted look at the Tuscon in the showroom. When we were ready Rachael answered our questions and offered to book a test drive for us.
We arrived on the booked date for our test drive and were met by Rachael who was very apologetic as things were running a bit late. This was not a problem as we were made drinks by another staff member and also this gave us another chance to look at a different spec Tuscon in the showroom. No long after this Rachael was finished with the first customer and got on with the paperwork for our test drive. Unsure about certain choices, Rachael explained the options available and showed a colour sample for comparison. Doing this prior to our test drive was good because it gave us time to mull things over. When we returned, having made up our minds, the arrangements were made and the paperwork done with no fuss. We found Rachael to be very calm and knowledgeable and she explained everything very well. We felt relaxed and unflustered as we were not rushed or pressured at any time and were extremely well looked after. Thanks very much.
