Can't recommend All Right Autos highly enough. The service that we received from the very first phone call to the car being delivered was absolutely fantastic. Such friendly and helpful people and so easy to get along with. Being a disabled person Mike and his staff did everything possible to make it a easy as possible for me to be in the right car for me. I will certainly be recommending them to family and friends. I'd like to say a massive thanks to everyone who works there .

I recently bought a car from All Right Autos and highly recommend them. After having a horrendous experience with a well known car dealership in Hull, where the car I bought had a major fault and I spent just over a year trying to get a refund, I was finally in a position where I could purchase another car. Understandably, I was very wary of the whole process, I didn’t feel I could trust anyone and I was so worried I would end up buying another car which was faulty. I live just around the corner from All Right Autos and saw a car that I was interested in, so I took my brother with me for his opinion and for some support. On arrival, Mike came out to speak to us and I instantly felt that he was a lovely, genuine and very trustworthy person. He couldn’t have been any more helpful and I really felt as though he genuinely cared about my situation, what had happened at the dealership, and making sure I was getting a safe car. After feeling so reluctant to buy another car, I definitely did not expect to find one so quickly, but the car was lovely and I felt I could really trust Mike, so I put down a deposit straight after the test drive. The customer service I received was fantastic, and Mike couldn’t have been more helpful. The process of getting the car was really fast, and Mike even allowed me to have the car early whilst I was still waiting to receive my refund from the dealership, as he knew we had been without a car for a long time. This meant so much to me. Mike even kindly dropped the car off for me too. I also want to mention Stacey who was also very lovely and helped the whole process run smoothly. I will not go anywhere else now that I have had such a great experience at All Right Autos and I will always recommend them. Next time we need another car, we will definitely be back. Thank you to Mike and Stacey for being so helpful. The experience I had with you was perfect.

Great little independent car garage. Mike and the team were great. The car I initially enquired was pending sale but he said he'd call me if anything changed. From viewing the car, taking it for a test drive and putting a deposit on the car. The whole process was simple and easy. Mike even sorted out my private plate, which was on the car when I came to collect. Highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic service and aftercare! I bought my car from here in April, following a couple of phone calls and a test drive. Mike had the car serviced prior to delivery, and during the service they found a fault - Mike was no way letting the car go out less than perfect - so got the fault sorted (new diesel injectors - so not cheap). On top of that he delivered the car personally to me in Market Rasen, as he wanted to save me the journey back to Hull. Mike kept in touch with me for a few weeks after that, to make sure everything was still ok and I was happy with the car. Amazing service and fantastic people to deal with - highly recommend All Right Autos and will use them again when the time comes to change cars again!

I travelled 300 miles to buy an audi Q5. They are are the nices guys you will ever meet in the trade and you can trust what they are selling you is going to be of high standard. I will do the trip again the next time I am looking to buy another car without any hesitation.
