Our second time using Car Supermarket and having Craig as our advisor and we wouldn't go anywhere else! Have used Motordepot for 2 cars in the past, remote sales service is simple to complete and arrange. Had a minor issue with 1 car a while after purchase but the issue was swiftly addressed and after leaving my vehicle with them for a day it was all rectified to 100% satisfaction. Excellent customer support. I would absolutely consider this dealership for my future vehicle purchases without any hesitation. Staff are helpful, courteous and professional in all communications.

This is my second car from motordepot. Fantastic service. Liam was my sales advisor and helped from start to finish. I had been in a few months ago to discuss what I was after but didn't find anything at the time, until a few weeks ago. I emailed Liam the car I liked and he managed to get me in to have a look at it a few days later. He was able to answer all my questions when on the test drive and after. Throughout the sales process and also the after sales he has been very knowledgeable and helpfully. Vicky who delt with my finance was lovely as well, very friendly and able to help with all my queries. Definitely recommend and will 100% be returning again.

A small problem I want even aware of was pointed out and resolved, most companies would have closed over it, but not motor depot. Eighth car from them and they may have grown but they still have the right values towards customers.

Good experience from stepping foot into the showroom, Kris was very helpful throughout from first looking at the car to purchasing it, I was kept informed of time scales on a regular basis leading up to the collection of the car and recieved a complimentary call checking everything was ok a few days after collection. Friendly and very welcoming car supermarket. The process can be long and drawn out sometimes but my last purchase from Motordepot was far from that. Once I had decided what car I wanted with help from an advisor, they completed my finance and all the paperwork in 30mins, no pushy sales tactics, no negotiation on price but that's company policy apparently, fairness to all!! The car was the cheapest i could find to be fair even with the admin fee included. After sales have been more than helpful on the couple of times I needed some advice. I was that impressed I purchased a service plan, which I wouldn't normally do, but I felt it was value for money and have confidence the company has honest values, I also get unlimited mot testing for this car. Very happy!

I recently purchased a Corsa from your Hull branch. I love the car! However, on all my paper work and V5C, it says that the car is an ecoFlex, a colleague at work has a Corsa ecoFlex and the car but his car has ecoFlex written on the back and has an eco button inside which operates the stop start function. My car has neither of those things but is said to be an ecoFlex. I have tried to get an answer from the branch as to whether or not my car is ecoFlex for the last few days. No one was able to answer my question and I’ve been promised call back but still haven’t heard anything from anyone. I had a great experience buying the car, however the support after the fact has let me down a bit. Hopefully this should be a simple question to answer if I get my callback.
