J. O.I had a great experience with D. M. Keith Skoda. Being a distanced buyer I was cautious at first, however, I was surprised by how communicative this dealership is. Liam, was in constant contact with me in regards to the process, if he was busy, Mike helped me through the rest of the way. Jack was also great when we went in for the test drive, all questions were answered. Little spelling issues were resolved instantly. Cant recommended these guys enough! Thank you!

D. S.I had contacted D M Keith enquiring about a new Skoda Fabia Estate automatic and they said they had 1 in stock. We hurried there to give it a once over but when we got there it turned out to be a manual which is no good for my wife's automatic only licence. A disappointing result but their stock list stated that the car they had was an automatic so we'll blame it on the computer. So D M Keith 5 Skoda 0.

I was s seen to by Marland Faulkner, who was brilliant throughout and has been really helpful - even checking in on everything a few months later which I really appreciate despite not having any problems. I’d really recommend this place to all, not just for the car (which I’m in love with) but the incredibly friendly, informative, and professional service.

M. N.Cars' first MoT and to be fair wasn't quite sure what to expect as I'd been shielding for 12 months and car had only had a 5 mile weekly run to keep things from seizing. Sam Tate on the service desk kept me appraised with a call mid-way through the test. Only fault was a torn rear wiper that I couldn't have changed due to arthritis. Car fully valeted on collection. Showroom fully open and adhering to Covid-19 protocols. Service received from DM Keith was second to none as always, and I rate them extremely well.

A. D.I have waited 3 months since buying a beautiful Focus ST-3 as a present for the wife from D M Keith Ltd to allow a proper assessment of our experience over time.
We were well looked after by Liam in sales when making the purchase and everything was smooth and completely hassle free. I received a fair PX price on her old car and the car we bought was never going to be up for sale for long at the price it was being offered at (many thanks to the sales manager for holding it for me) the whole buying experience was great.
Now the car... In 3 months and almost 6,000 (she wont stop driving it) it has never missed a heartbeat. it goes like a bat out of hell and turns heads no matter where she drives it... She loves it... and as they say a happy wife makes for a happy life...

Marland was very helpful and we arranged for a test drive the following morning. The car was perfect for my mum and she decided to go ahead and buy the car. No pushy sales tactics, no pushing unwanted and overpriced extras and Marland made the whole experience stress-free. Marland personally delivered the car to her at home two days later.
