Bought my new car through Ben at Kia Hull yesterday and I can’t give him enough credit for how pleasant he made my experience! He was so friendly and helpful and went up and above to make sure I was happy with my decision. He made the transition so easy and was completely thorough and transparent with everything. Also massive credit to Steve from finance, who helped to make everything a stress free process. I travelled more than 3 hours to exchange my car at the dealership and Ben and Steve stayed nearly 2 hours late to ensure everything went smoothly and I was able to drive away with my car on the day, which I’m so thankful for. This is by far one of the best examples of customer service I have encountered and I would recommend buying your car through Ben all day long. Huge praises to Ben & Steve, thank you both so much!

However, was over the moon when I saw he was still so close by having moved to Kia, Hull. Having visited several car dealerships. KIA Hull was brilliant. They didn't swamp us the minute we were on the forecourt, but were quick to come out greet and answer any questions we had the minute we gave them the "look". After asking to test drive the vehicles I was interested in, they were more than happy to get that sorted which was great as it allowed me to feel very comfortable in my decision making. Luke at Kia supported me from the off and provided a great experience from answering questions, getting answers and keeping me informed of anything he thought would be useful to know. No point did I feel pressured, given any typical sales speil and was genuinely helpful from the off. If interested in a new Car I'd recommend Alan who was also great in answered all the questions I had regarding the new range. Top experience all round from start to finish from the team at Kia.

I made contact with kia ref the issues i was having and they went above and beyond. Luke Clark along with Stephen sorted getting my car booked into a local nearby dealership meaning i didnt have to travel miles to get my cars issues sorted. They even sorted out payment for the work with the dealership making everything easy and quick allowing me to get straight back to work.
