This is our first experience with Jaguar and considering the service we received will probably not be our last.
We purchased a new i pace with the help of Adrian Boyd who was absolutely fantastic.
I've bought many cars over the years and this guy made it the most pleasurable experience I have had to date. Apart from being very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we also had a good laugh along the way.
I have to say the car really is excellent so it has to be 5 stars all the way.
If you're reading this thinking about visiting Hatfields Jaguar then I'd thoroughly recommend you do.
Ask for Adrian, you definitely won't be disappointed.

Purchased a jaguar f pace last week and couldn’t of had a better experience with Adrian Boyd, from start to finish he was very professional and informative letting us know about all our options with no pressure, and a few laughs along the way which really put us both at ease. Took my car in on Saturday morning, a courtesy car was available which I had not requested but was very welcome, as the technician wasn't sure he could complete the work on time they called me and it was arranged to have the work done the following Wednesday. At all times the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent service and I didn't even purchase the vehicle from them. Very happy.

We bought an IPace from them and had trouble recharging it when driving the car from Hull to London. The team was extremely helpful. They went the extra mile as they say just to make sure we were safe. They arranged private hire to get us home that night. They could not be more helpful than even arranging for another new car to be delivered to us the following morning until our car gets sorted. We can not be more happy to have met such helpful and caring people. It is family run business and they make it very personal mission to help their customers till the end.

I purchased a non Jaguar car this week from this dealer and was so impressed with the service that I received that I decided to post a review - something I rarely do.
From the initial enquiry with Nick in sales to Terry who actually handled the sale I was extremely happy with the service I received. Although the price of my car was less than a tenth of the cost of the dealers average car sale, at no point was I left to feel that I received any different treatment to their normal customer. My wife and I were met by Terry at the railway station, picked up in a very smart Jaguar, to the test drive and getting all of my questions answered, Terry explained the whole procedure with great knowledge and nothing was too much trouble.
I am extremely happy with the car which was exactly as described and it was a very uneventful 300 mile drive home. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership and they have earned their five stars.

The 3* rating is a reflection of the 1* experience I had with the sales manager and 5* with the salesman. I was offered an extended test drive and was told the car was available, so made the half hour journey to pick up the car. The sales manager then told me I couldn’t borrow the car due to my age (I’m in my late thirties) and it was normal for the insurance company. Then after I left I was called to say there was a “glitch” in the system (when clearly it was an error on the part of the sales manager) so I could borrow the car. I was half an hour away again and busy, so was told by the salesman he could bring the car to me, and then received a call from the sales manager who said they couldn’t and I would have to travel back to them. No apology, just false excuses. In the end I travelled back, and when I returned the car the sales manager saw me waiting and made no attempt to come and apologise. I had a lot of time wasted and the tone from the sales manager was unacceptable.

It took me 6 months to decide to buy an F Pace in 2016. A lot of money but you pay for your pleasures and the F Pace is certainly that. David Owen was there every time I went in. I had a drive in a Sprortbrake first in Jan 2015 and finally came back when the Pace came out. From May 2016 to September I was in and out till September and finally decided on purchasing a F Pace Italian Racing Red R Sport. Paid the deposit and wanted it for early 2917 for the new number 17. But late November David rang and said my car had come. It was a cancellation and I met the criteria next on the list, so I had it on the road for 1st December. David Owen was so professional throughout, thoughtful and thorough, he made the purchase so easy.
I have now done over 20000 miles and my best MPG is 74! Yes, you read this correctly, 74. That’s what it says on the computer. Today’s Service was another good experience, 5*. Two coffees and a paper to read were given and offered to me. Both the Service manager and David kept interacting with me over the morning. Then the car was all done, all Valeted and cleaned and polished including my tyres. What more can a garage do for their customer service.
I can recommend Hatfield’s and if you want that extra mile ask for and wait for David, or make an appointment with him. He won’t rush you and for a car salesman is very honest! Always has a smile and makes you feel special. Something other garages don’t have. Renault for example! A bad experience.

Purchased an approved used XF sport 2 years ago.
Had a fault with the stop start system from day one.
I told them about it within 7 days and returned it for repair.
told it was fixed only to find it was not.
Told them again at the next service/ MOT again supposed to be fixed but not.
Took it in at the end of its 2 year warranty for MOT mentioned it again and told them i suspected it had needed a new battery from day 1 for the stop start.
They charged me for the diagnostics telling me it needed a new battery which i had told them it needed before booking it in (under warranty)
i have 40 years in the motor trade they are next to useless.
Go anywhere but to these people the suits hide behind the very nice reception staff.
Also as you can see below they can't even respond to this review personally whats with the used cars test driven on trade plates?
