You see the true colours of a company when things go wrong and these guys really impressed us! We drove from Lancaster to picked our minibus up on the Sunday, after an hour or so driving the engine light came on, as you can imagine we was fuming. We phoned the garage the next day and they couldn't have apologised enough, on their instruction we took it to a local garage and it was some sensor that had worn (couldn't have been picked up on checks they made without driving more than an hour). Hull Van and Car Co paid for the repair straight away with no fuss and the van has been great ever since taking groups all over for hiking trips! The owner then rang in the evening to apologies again. We are very grateful for this customer service and they have defiantly gained our trust with their after sale service! Cheers guys, we'll be looking to buy another minibus from you soon!

Bought a VW Golf in March 2020. The car looked great and we were really pleased with it. Unfortunately it developed a Gearbox fault which would cost thousands to replace, so the dealer agreed to take the car back and cover my costs. Why 5 stars? because the dealer was professional and did everything they said they would do and It could of all ended badly if I had purchased the car from somewhere else. Special mention to Dieter the salesman who went the extra mile in solving my issue and giving great service.

I have just bought a van from Carl at Hull Van & Car Co and I can't fault the excellent customer service and communication I received from him. I was nervous buying the van as I actually live 250miles away and bought the van online without seeing it and then had it delivered to a workshop. I had to competely put my trust in Carl and he didn't let me down, the van was 100% as described! Honesty and good customer services go along way and I can't highly recommend Carl and this company enough!

Well worth the trip! After weeks of looking for a new motor, I still hadn't found anything I liked - Until I saw this absolutely gleaming BMW M3 on Autotrader with the 'Hull Van and Car Co'! I called up to ask a few questions as I couldn't quickly make the trip from London - Mike was extremely helpful, informative, outgoing and most importantly, trustworthy - Which is something you look for when buying a car of this spec. The trip in the end wasn't too bad either at only 2 and a bit hours on the train, followed by a 5 minute cab journey to their showroom - Greeted with a cup of tea on arrival! I cannot recommend Mike and the 'Hull Van and Car Co' enough as I had a great experience from start to finish and am now absolutely in love with my latest girlfriend... The BMW M3!
