Great garage and would highly recommend. All staff explained work being done and answered all questions. Prices may seem a little higher than other garages but that's because you are getting a genuine service and would recommend to anyone in Hull or local area. Jeep garage but I believe they do other brands and I'm sure you'll get a great service.

I’m a mobile smart repairer and am employee called “Dave” from the part department, went out his way and supplied me with the paint code I needed with out any hassle. I had spent nearly an hour and half at a customers house trying to find the code and nobody or any dealer apart from Dave could supply me with it! Forever grateful without him my job today would of been cancelled with a unhappy customer! So massive thanks to Dave!

I've edited this review from a previously critical one. I've had two very good experiences there now. Had my 159 in for a randomly occurring problem - I was expecting to be told that nothing was wrong or similar but... the car was looked at by a fantastic technician who is a proper Alfa fan. He diagnosed the problem, put temporary repair in place to sort it until the new loom arrived which he then fitted expertly. Gave me really good feedback and filled me with confidence about using Jordans in Hull. Just taken my Giulia there for a warranty claim and have been treated really well by John Cloudsdale, the warranty administrator. Despite the fact I bought the car from a different dealership he didn't brush me off but was outside taking a look immediately. I feel confident that he's going to look after me as if I bought the car from them. Very good. 4 stars not 5, only because the warranty issue is not resolved. Yet.

Everything was fine apart from how long the service took. Although the car is only one year old and therfore has no faults l was told the first service would take 5 hours to complete?

In the mobility dept a man was way to busy to talk to me although he didn't have a customer, I'm about to renew my car I have a jeep compass and was going to get another and was asking a cpl questions and he just judged me by appearance, I wear cool clothes and have tattoos which were all on show that day as it was hot, I originally got my Jeep from Jordans but after being so disrespected I won't go there .

Just picked up my new car from here and all the staff have been excellent, from Sam in Sales to the Team in the Parts & Service. They gave me a fair price for my Part Ex and Quickly and Efficiently resolved a few minor issues with the new car. I would not hesitate in going back to them or recommending them for your next car. We bought a fiat abarth from Jordans and had the servicing/MOT done here. My partners car recently started making a noise from the turbo so we took to Jordans as they fitted a new cambelt/water pump 2 weeks ago so we took it back so they could check out the noise. Cut long story short the turbo was faulty, and the fault was on their part, so they owned up and said it was our fault, we’ll fit you a new turbo free of charge. A credit to Jordans group massively and what an honest group of professionals. Would trust these guys with all my cars.

As a disabled man I needed a car on the mobility scheme and after looking online Jordans was the first place I actually visited. From entering the showroom to driving away my wife and I were made to feel like royalty. The staff here whether sorting a car out for you or not quite literally bend over backwards to make you feel at ease. There was no query too small or too big for the reps and we ended up getting a great jeep which is way above our price range but it was all sorted for us. Yes leasing gives us the freedom to pick and choose but for those buying the choices are staggering and I personally was surprised by how affordable the range of executive cars and 4x4s were. The staff here are fantastic (almost wizards) and can arrange that ever needed low to zero % finance and are always there for you, even after making a sale. I haven't been to any other car sales rooms so cannot make a comparison but I can guarantee that any person walking onto Jordans property whether buying or browsing will go away happy and in the know. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning for my next vehicle.

Bought a used Mini Countryman and were treated excellently. Found a problem with drivers side sun visor after getting the car home and rung them about it. They supplied us with a brand new visor with no issues or arguments. No issues recommeding them.

I have had a few minor jobs done on my car, fair price for the work done, brought my car in for an Mot and service, was done promptly and very satisfactory car was cleaned to, Jordans very kindly took us into town whilst Mot and service was being done on completion of work done we was notified by customer service and picked up from Town, to pick up our car. I would thoroughly recommend Jordans, the customer service staff are very polite and couteous and friendly,certainly, I certainly wouldn't go anywhere else, thank you Jordans. Don't buy a car from Jordans of Hull. They get you to do all the paperwork for the car then when you go to pick the car up, they get you to pay another £7,000 when they see how keen you are on the car. That's what they did with my daughter. For a big established company they trade like a back street garage. BEWARE !!!
