I’ve used Maple Garage for some years now and the service has always been excellent. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I use a courtesy car as I live 11 miles or so away and it’s always ready and clean, The car I was given this time was very new with 7 miles on the clock! When I collected my car after it’s normal service, they even washed it for me! Can’t get any better than that. Very happy customer. Brilliant service.

Brilliant service from Josh from start to finish as it is with most cars at the minute I had to wait for my car to be built and shipped over Josh kept me up to date with where the car was at and delivery dates. Once the car arrived he took me through all the instruments and gadgets. I know if I have any questions I can always get in touch with him and he would be on hand to help. Great friendly service from this dealership and I would definitely use them again. Car was worth the wait 😊

Maple Garage supplied my wife with a new vehicle, an MG ZS, at a time when taking orders and supplying new cars was very difficult. The order was placed in September 2021 for delivery December 2021. This of course did not happen, and delivery on the vehicle occurred in April 2022. This delay was in no part due to Maple Garage, who like any other dealer in the UK, Europe and no doubt world wide, suffered serious delivery problems against orders. However, I can say that Maple Garage regularly contacted us to update us to the delivery situation, even though sometimes it was little more than "it is scheduled for production" or " it is on the high seas, somewhere". At least we were kept informed an hence knew that we had not been forgotten. When the vehicle did at last arrived, we were given a date and time, when we could go into the dealership and collect it. They prepped the vehicle and arranged with the DVLA to have my wife's cherished number plate assigned to the it. On the due date we arrived at the dealership and the vehicle, complete with plates was standing, gleaming on the forecourt. The paperwork was quickly dealt with and then Josh, who had been looking after us during the long torturous process, came to the vehicle and gave us a run down of basic controls and patiently answered a few questions which we had. Then with some petrol in the tank we drove away with our new car Would we recommend Maple Garage to friends or family? Most definitely the service was friendly and we never felt under pressure. My wife first got a car from Maple Garage almost twenty seven years. The service then was superb, and it still is today.

Our car had a fault that was recalled by the manufacturer just over a year ago. I left it with the Main Dealer......After 7 days, 5 phone calls, apparent gearbox removal, then a part that would be 7-10 days on back order I called into the garage to find it sat out back, little or no work carried out, gearbox never been out.....the manufacturer would not contribute to the repair, I was quoted and left in shock! I contacted Maple Garage. They was keen to help out. Dropped the car in was contacted every step of the process just carnt fault them. I have just collected the car and its like new! Repair done no fuss and done at less then half the price of the first quote (and that’s with and additional fault also repaired and added to the bill) Highly recommend Maple Garage. I have purchased cars and used them over the years.....they never let us down. Thankyou!

I was greeted by the reception staff with a smile and a hello as did 2 other members of staff. I explained the purpose of my visit, and was offered a comfortable seat whilst one went to speak to the relevant member of staff. The toilets were very clean and fresh. I spoke with Phil who upon talking with offered to assist me to get me to my next place of visit. He clearly acknowledges that customer service is his top priority and deserves the 5* rating. The cars on show were of top quality and in my opinion reasonably priced. The site is a MG authorised dealer but does have other top class vehicles on sale. I would recommend visiting this dealer especially when considering a future purchase of a car.

Bought our new Wildax motorhome from James and Marie at Maple. Firstly, the Wildax. We have now had four new motorhomes, including a Hymer, and the Wildax is by far the best of them. Best layout, best build and best equipped. We picked it up one day and travelled to France the next - how many other motorhomes would give you the confidence to do that? Next, James and Marie. I would 100% trust these two, nothing has been too much trouble for them. They have gone above and beyond. If you are thinking of a motorhome GO TO MAPLE.

I recently bought a 2016 ssangyong tivoli from an general used car dealer. However it did have a few minor niggles,but I was aware it still had a 4 months manufacturers warrenty remaining,so as maple garage was the nearest ssangyong dealer to me I rang them for advice. They found my car on the,ssangyong database,advising me that my car had an outstanding recall. I arranged to take it into them for all work to be carried out..i was offered a brand new courtesy car,which had just over 400 miles on the clock. when I returned later in the day,all faults,had been resolved and it was all covered by ssangyongs brilliant warranty. Not only that,my car had been washed and vacuumed out.what an amazing honest and professional garage. I would recommend this place 110%

They do not do food of course but they do serve you! Very polite young man I use LPG and they are as cheap as I have found round holderness area. We try to go and fill as often as we are passing. Like the good old days when the customer feels he/she is important to the owners. 10 out of 10

Took my Subaru RB320 here after it had been damaged. I also wanted some other bits and pieces doing including further touch up's, and to have my alloy wheels fully refurbished. The staff were more than helpful, and no job was too small. I was also offered a courtesy car while mine was being repaired. I collected my car today, and I can honestly say it looks like it has just rolled off the production line back in 2007! The re-spray that was needed to the rear bumper is fantastic, not a blemish to be seen! Looks like glass and the full car received a full polish... 100% quality workmanship, tagged with great service at a more than reasonable price! Thanks Maple Garage Sproatley.

I've called Maple garage of Sproatley, from Finland, to ask them to help me solve a problem our own Subaru dealer here has been unable to since May 2018. The date we ordered our 2018 Impreza hatchback. I made the initial call to Maple on the 30th August 2018, and then called back the following day to see if the accessories I required were available. Monday 03/09/2018 - the parts have now been paid for and are on their way to us. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone (a 'Ull lad like meself) couldn't have been more helpful. He was both patient and polite. The next time I require accessories from Subaru again, I shall not hesitate to call Maple Garage of Sproatley. :)

Absolute joy to deal with buying a car has never been so easy. Dealt mainly with Dieter and Graham the owner and both were so helpful and transparent and gave me a great deal on my Ssangyong Korando. The car was ready for collection as agreed and immaculately presented a towbar was fitted as part of the deal and this and the rest of the cars details were clearly demonstrated by Dieter. If things continue as they have begun I will be having a long relationship with this Garage and cannot recommend highly enough.
