Many thanks to you and your team for your help with the part ex of my old motorhome and the purchase of the new one. Everything went as smooth as I could have wanted, even down to the fitting of the different front grill (don't think Andrew would agree though). All of your staff were very helpful throughout the whole process and answered any questions that I had. The guy who did the handover was brilliant so that when we went to the campsite on the Saturday evening we had no difficulty using the van. All in all, it was the easiest vehicle purchase that I have made.

We brought our motorhome in for a new electric boiler fitting. The job was done perfectly and on time... Whist it was in, the technician also repaired a loose blind shroud, tested for suspect damp (it wasn't, it was just discolouration - which the Technician cleaned!) and replaced the faulty, nearside rear indicator! So, a huge THANK YOU to everyone at M&C for fantastic service - especially the Technician. Rest assured, we will always use M&C in future - its worth it!. THANK YOU. Nigel and Gail Malone (Bolton)

Very happy with my new campervan and the service I received. Once home I realised there was a small oil leak and a squeaky belt, rang and they booked it in immediately, no quibble or hassle and it was repaired under the three month warranty.

Called in to have a look at the used motorhome stock, we were looking for something entry level but most of them were at a show we were told, we were made welcome and invited to look around all of the stock to give us an idea of the layout we would like. There was no pressure at all and we were left alone to have a good look in all of them. When they have stock of the cheaper used motorhomes we will go back for another look. It was nice to be able to wander about without some flash salesman stalking you.

What fantastic service ! We recently bought and collected our first ever motor home from Motorhomes and Caravans. The team there are great. We were collected from our hotel and bought to the show office. We were given a full handover ( 2 hrs) of all the various parts and controls. We noticed some minor snagging points which the team addressed there and then. A couple needed a return visit. Having got home some of the handover had clearly not been retained 🙁 but the team patiently dealt with my emails or calls. When l went back they went well beyond my expectations and even lent me one of their cars so I could explore whilst they worked their magic. The whole buying and owning a motorhome has been a joy thanks to the team at M&C. I would not hesitate in recommending them to other potential owners. Whilst we think this is our long term purchase if we decide to trade up at some point we will go back to M&C. Steve and his wife sold us our first motorhome over 4 years ago and we wouldn't buy anyware else. On our first outing we couldn't start the gas fridge, Steve's staff guilded us over the phone even on a sunday. Thier after sales is fantastic, down to earth, friendly and no problem is too big to the whole team. They have the best prices and after sales anyware. I know I visited over 10 other places before steve's. Just bought a new Rimor Euro 95, from here .So what does that tell you! John & Joanne. Howden.
