Had a Mercedes A class from them last year unfortunately as a family we out grew that car with a surprise baby and needed a slightly bigger boot and a little bit more room. Jay found me my perfect car!! I have never had a modern car I was always getting cheap run around having moved about a lot. The thing with a cheap run around is you end up paying out more to fix it than what the car is actually worth!! I told Jay what my specifications were and he delivered to them all. Bought a BMW 1 series M Sport from these guys 09/07/19. Unfortunately the alternator went on the 10/07/2019. The turnaround and assistance I got to fix the problem was second to none. Joe the owner pulled everything out his garage and gave mine priority. They couldn't apologise enough nor do enough for me (courtesy car). Everything covered in the warranty. I would use these guys if I were you without a shadow of a doubt. We all need to support local business' more in my opinion and even more so ones with customer service like this boys. They seem like a decent company, but having an affiliation to Elite45, was one of the worst things that they have done. They seem to now have no business with Elite 45, and I was told, elite45 was only using them for their FCA License. 3 Stars reflects the horrific car i bought, and given the paperwork that was issued to me was in pro sports cars name i have no answer but to leave this review. I can't say that now they have no longer any dealings with Elite45, that they havent turned things around. But £300 worth of professional Valeting, Scratched Alloy, Glass inside the doors, 1 key, no mats.... wasn't very fair, for a car of 2 years of age. Hope things are better looking now!
