Apart from very reliable cars that are a great drive and price the customer service is second to none. Beth was open, friendly, professional and accommodating, helping us explore a number of options when considering our choice of car and payment. All of the Team are friendly and approachable. In the broader context the Suzuki add ons of finance, the Service Team, Gap insurance etc make buying a car here easy. 5 stars all round.

My partner and I took her Swift 1.0L in for a service on Tuesday and had decided to stay in the showroom. We were met outside by Harry who remembered us from last year when we purchased the car. He took us into the showroom, offered refreshments then left us to wander whilst he attended another potential customer. My partner was impressed with the new 1.2L swift and as we looked around Harry came back for a chat. Within the space of about 15 minutes Harry had taken my partners preferences and after a few visits James offered a 21 plate 1,2L with 6000 miles on the clock. Forgot to mention we took a new 1.2L swift for a test drive and my partner fell in love with it immediately. The finances were affordable and we picked up the 21 reg 1.2L Swift (in Speedy Blue) on Thursay morning. Thank you Harry for explaining everything and giving us time to ask questions. (My first visit to Stoneacre was in 1998 when I purchased a Suzuki Baleno SE)

Pretty poor to be honest, clutching 3 stars for sorting out a courtesy car at short notice but communication was awful. The car was in for 4 days to change front & rear discs and pads, during that time I had to leave numerous messages and even when we did speak what was said was generally lost in translation. I never knew exactly what was happening and kept being told the car was being worked on when in reality the wrong parts had been ordered. Unsure if it was supposed to be cleaned, vacuumed and have a VHC as standard - I thought I was getting that, but didn't, but rating isn't based on that.

Partner wanted to exchange her Suzuki Ignis for a Swift. Rang Monday told to visit Tuesday. Arrived mid morning and greeted by Harry Bardle. He listened to the requirements my partner wanted and within 15 minutes provided us with a Suzuki Swift SZ5 to test drive. We spent nearly an hour driving in moderate traffic conditions and at the end of the test drive she had fallen for the car, if it was on offer she was prepared to buy that one. Luckily it was and about two hours later we were driving home in that very car. During our visit Harry answered all our questions regarding the operation of buttons we had never seen before, technology accelerates at a fantastic speed. He also explained the financial side of PCP, an area I have never delved into but my partner has. Thanks to Harry and his colleagues for making our visit a happy one.

I came into stoneacre in desperate need of a car as my current car was beyond repair. I had an idea of what I wanted, which was a Mazda 2 new or used. Upon arrival at the branch I was met by a warm welcome by a sales person who hadn’t been there long but he did his absolute best to find me the perfect car for affordable monthly payments. I was very sceptical of visiting a dealership as I had heard all the stories that they are rip off merchants with nothing more in mind than lining their pockets, but as a matter of fact it was quite the opposite. Lewis the salesman who attended to my every need, had listened to my situation and told me he would find me a solution as soon possible. It was a straight forward process of which Lewis informed me every step of the way. Once I had picked the vechicle I wanted I went on a test for which there was no limit which I was pleasantly surprised by. Finally it came down to serious stuff - working out a deal on the car. It took him five minutes to present the figures to me, it was a fantastic deal he press enter me I just couldn’t say no. The best thing was he allowed me to drive the car away the same day and has arranged for me to come back and have the car valeted and serviced as there wasn’t enough time. All in all it was a fantastic experience which changed my opinion on dealerships all together. And the salesman Lewis was very helpful and I wish him all the best in his new career!

Had a slightly rocky start when i closer inspected the car i was about to buy and discovered a number of issues including a cracked bumper, numerous dents and scratches and even bubbling paint work (i was dealing with a different sales guy when choosing the car). However Dom and Reese could not be more apologetic and mortified (first time they had seen the car themselves) and quickly set to work finding me not only the same model car but a top spec version in mint condition for near enough the same price. Their quick work meant a disaster was quickly turned around and i drove away in my new car within the hour. They couldnt be more helpful and really understood what i wanted and worked hard to find it. Whilst going through the final steps i happened to note stone acre closes at 7pm and there we are at gone 830pm! I first check on autotrader before buying and I have never been able to the match the deals that stoneacre are affering. All the cars have manufacturers warranties and they ready extend the warranty by a couple years at least. Also the environment is very friendly youthful and vibrant.

I took my 2013 Mazda 3 mps in for a service today and a new battery, I was pretty worried about my pride and joy as these cars are rare now and specialist, everything was done to a high standard, they pointed issues out on the car which I wasn’t aware of, this shocked me but that was only because I bought the car 4 weeks ago and I have done less than 300m with a 12 month Mazda mot ( not the stoneacre group ), they did the health check and pointed out that I had a snapped rear spring and that the car is possibly tuned up which I was unaware of, it was all followed up by a video via email about my car and all the tyre depths etc, i arrived half an hour early and they took it straight in, the car felt like a different car driving home, I will be using stoneacre hull as my preferred choice to maintain my car for the foreseeable future, 5 star
