Mini Hull have been absolutely fantastic throughout my time with them. I initially came in with hopes to lower my monthly finance payments and Gregory helped me build a car I loved and that matched my ideal budget and had all the extras I could wish for! I was in no way pressured to spend more than I wanted to and this was hugely appreciated. After buying the car, we ran into several minor issues with recalls, plates and issues with my part exchange vehicle - Craig has been brilliant throughout and offered no end of support and answered every question I've had. He's been at the end of an email or call whenever I've needed it and even dropped off my new car at my workplace as I was unable to match a time with him to come into the dealership to collect. Not only that but he even went so far as to provide me with new rubber mats for my new Mini at my request with no problems or extra charges. Absolutely fantastic service and wholly customer focused - highly recommend!

Even though we were looking into leasing a car through Fleet Solutions. Steve was happy for us to visit the showroom to look at the new electric mini. On arrival we were greeted by Greg who was very helpful and took the time to show us around the car and answer our questions. We were able to do a test drive and again Greg assisted us with that. Greg was very friendly and approachable and able to put our minds at ease about the car, The car is amazing and so was the service we received from Greg. Outstanding customer service from the first call when I spoke with Steve and explained that I was going to be leasing my Mini electric through NHS Fleet Solutions he thanked me for my honesty and said they was happy for me to pop into the dealership and the sales team would be able to answer any questions that I had and show me the Mini electric. I popped in the dealership and Greg from the sales team was really nice and spent 15 to 20 mins showing us the car and answering our numerous question about the full electric Mini and he was completely honest about the "real life" mileage that we could expect from the car as he had driven it for a few days. We returned a few days later for a test drive and Greg again was more than happy to assist us even though he knew he wasn't actually going to get a sale out of it, he even came to speak to us at the end of the test drive to see what our thoughts were with the car. We loved the car and our doubts about full electric cars was just fear of the unknown. The Mini electric was amazing, realy easy to drive and the acceleration was unbelievable. Stradstone's customer service is a definite 5 star rating. Sean
